It took time before the WHO could realize the severity of the Virus because nothing much is known about this particular strain so it’s totally unfair to put the blame on them.

You and this Governor AYADE, are examples of people who pass through the University, but the University did not pass through them.

Assume if there was a Virus on a door handle, how does Face Mask protect you against that?

What people still don't understand is that the virus isn't airborne, if it was airborne I'm sure alot of people won't have been on NL typing, you can only get it when an infected person sneezes and the particle enters either Ur nose, mouth or eye. It only enters thru the mucus cells of our body. Now the masks can prevent that a little bit but can our hands prevent that? That's y we actually need to be disciplined the way we use our hands to touch those vital areas, that's why it's adviced to wash our hands with soap and water every 20mins or use sanitizer. Another thing is that if we feel u have problems with breathing, inhaling steam cooked with lemon, garlic, ginger and turmeric helps alot to clear the blockage.
NB-HANDGLOVES ARE ALSO GOOD BUT PLEASE ITS SUPPOSED TO BE USED ONLY ONES, I SEE ALOT OF PEOPLE REPEATING SAME GLOVES. AFTER USING ONES, IT SHOULD BE BURNT OR THROWN AWAY, AND PLEASE GLOVES MAKES U FEEL U SAVE SO U FORGET URSELF AND TEND TO TOUCH THE FACE REGULARLY. MY ADVICE IS DON'T USE GLOVES SO YOU CAN BE AWARE

They know what Sars-cov-1 did in 2003-2004. With that template, WHO had a basis to start with. However, they goofed at every turn from January till mid-february with the major decisions...
1. Told the world there's nothing to worry about in January
2. Sided with the Chinese to say the virus, although new, is not an issue and will be taken care of in January.
3. Told countries not to worry, the virus can't be transported to the west, so don't place a travel ban. Still in January
4. Told the world that although the virus is something to worry about, there's no human-to-human transmission in February
5. Told the world no need to panic yet, virus is not of global concern in February

But when the die became cast in late February they still goofed. A pandemic should have been called and the whole Asia locked down in February. No. Our WHO said its still a "global health concern" so no need for border closure, just screening. How can you use only screening for symptoms to curb a virus you still don't understand?
Then, when Italy started going epileptic with corpses and Spain and Iran joined, WHO's eyes cleared and finally declared pandemic, a month later than they should have.

In all of these, WHO took China's words as the truth hook, line and sinker for a whole month and half! That was despite indicators saying there's fire on the mountain and it is already in the city!
I doubt China's CCP leadership allowed WHO put their own assessors on ground in Hubei province, only got situation reports delivered by.... You guessed right, Chinese accessors.

Now tell me how WHO is not culpable?
