Guess we are special that's why
My classmates always point me out during my primary school days, it shakes a lot especially when I'm writing and super shaking when I'm nevrous.

Sars nor gree leave me because say my hands dey shake o, say I carry something, and I clean, I wasn't even with my phone, had to convince them that that is how my hands are.

Truthfully it reduce as we get older

It ain't no Parkinson or diebeties or too much caffeine, is just natural.

Visit the doctor and get test for ulcer, and start eating enough


This maybe the problem 100%. I have been having stomach ulcer for the pass 13 years now, and am 100% sure his problem maybe related to dat. Handshake is related to ulcer.

It happened to me when I was addicted to pressing my phone. I stopped the addiction and my shaky hands stopped. I hope you are not addicted to your phone?

Check both your blood pressure and sugar level urgently. And if needs warrant, see a doctor asap.

I av experienced this sometimes ago.... spasm in the muscles of the hand and it shakes so visibly u might get noticed by close contact.

I think it's natural and comes with sleeping posture and strain on that particular hand. it's not both hand just one.

mine left on its own, try exercising that hand and watch how u sleep

I think it has to do with anxiety maybe you lack money or you lost a loved one

But on a serious note, how often do you jerk off? its most likely an after effect of excessive jerking off. Stop totally for at least 2 weeks and see the difference. Thank me later. Cheers.

I didn't know when mine started my friends normally joke that my hand shakes but I didn't take them seriously, den I was 15

I paid more attention to it when I practiced phone repairing imagine trying to lose pin with shaky hands
