If government permits stubborn and 'hungry' Nigerians to go out and hustle, they still won't get good patronage until this is over. Unless you're selling essential items, people still won't patronise you at this point in time. Your hustle won't pay off until the fear is completely eliminated.

You can't be selling some nonessential items in Idumota market or the ever crowdy markets like Computer village and expect people to risk their lives because you want to selfishly survive. Those who can afford to buy your item won't come to your market. People won't risk their lives because some phone boys and scammers in Computer village want to hustle. Companies won't open, schools won't open (no parent, especially the rich and informed, will allow his or her kid resume school until this is over), so what's the point exactly?

Government should simply allow the stubborn and 'hungry' Nigerians (including those who are hungry for nothing but se.x) to go out and hustle for 1 week in the midst of community spread. This should be backed with massive testing. Let's see how much they'll make in a week. If any of the stubborn fellas get infected, they should be made to bare the consequences in terms of hospital bills and forced quarantine in designated places (e.g. Stadium), supervised by the Military.

Government should relax the lockdown for as long as Nigerians fail or refuse to believe the imminent danger. People will continue to roam the streets for as long as they're not seeing dead bodies (of course bodies of the poor) on the street. We are too stubborn, ignorant and adamant.

Majority of those complaining aren't really hungry. Many are just tired of sitting at home because as social animals, we love to socialize.
