I have never ever see the set of men here who are scared of responsibility.

They know how to put a woman in the family way but cant take responsibilities.

I know that the pic is to diss women indirectly.

Anybody that has seen farming communities, will understand division of labour BTW children, husband and wife and how everyone works towards their role for the family good.

Today, villages are now urban centers, there are no farms, many women now have little stores selling garri and provisions to take care of the man who is jobless but still those men will never appreciate her.

You know, i attended an Agesmeis loan seminar in ogun state this January for government loan to SME/entrepreneur and i Observed one trait in we humans.
It was a 1-week entrepreneurship training to brush us up before accessing the loan.
Most of the participants were already writing 20,50 or million naira loans into their forms.
I wrote 5m and most of them attacked me that am too pessimistic, low and small vision person.
Funny enough, most don't have an existing business to expand,are they doing fine in the struggling businesses they have nor do they have assets worth the loans they applied for.
It was until the organisers told us the max we can access is 10m and we need to put down an equity or 25% money worth what we apply for, before people started writing reasonable and correct figures for loans of 500k/1m/2m because now, they need to put their money where their mouth is. A reality check sets in.
Summary of my jargons -
I believe and support the notion of women contributing to the financial well-being of the family no matter what, even if it is 20%. It gives a reality check and cut their excesses.
Example - if you take your family (brothers, sisters and parents) to a mall and inform them to pick a phone of their chose, immediately all of them will go for what they have been fancying in their mind. They will go for want/luxury instead of need/reality. Most will point at expensive iPhone/Samsung.
When you now inform them they will have to add 20% money of the phone while you add 80%, reality check will set in. Most will back out while the others will quickly settle for something reasonable.
Same goes for house, land, school etc
Choosing a duplex when the family can only afford 3-bedroom flat.
The higher the stake they will have to put, the more reasonable their demands will be. From 20% to 50% or more, their demands will keep dropping because they know, they will have to be involved.
That is why you see people plan your wedding or burial for you rolling into millions, telling you it as to look super and talk of the town. Your parents planning on the best clothes, event center to use but when you tell these people to put down just 20% of the money they planned...... Voice mail
