You can only see and know as far as you read. That's why a wise person will read wide, learn history and philosophy. Histories and philosophies of past civilizations, religions, and extinct human species.

When you learn of the past, you can predict the future and guide your actions appropriately.

So, history is very important. Science isn't the ultimate. Nothing is. However, use of one's God-given brain is supreme.

What I stated in the quote above is something that's clear for any well-read person, and if you want sources, there are enough online, books I can recommend.

If you do, you will realize that even though it's an established fact in nature that the universe came into existence via a big bang (expansion of a singularity into space and time, and not explosion as the name may suggest), there are many areas about the origin of the universe that are still under research.

Science hasn't reached its pinnacle, and the world of science is constantly evolving, just like everything else in nature is.

Science has only scratched the surface when it comes to discovering mysteries of life; a discovery often brings about loads of questions.

There are many areas under the big bang model that are currently under active research, and in the future, more breakthroughs will still be made.
