Stop spreading misinformation. If the HIV is still within its window period and undetectable, it wouldn't have given him any symptoms? For him to have the symptoms he listed , it means the HIV has done damage to his immune system. HIV That has done that level of damage has certainly past its window period. Why do you think it's an STI? You never mentioned anything about your penis (i.e. sores, itching or discharge). Do you have bad breath?

If there is nothing wrong or nothing ever was wrong with your penis, then it's unlikely to be an STI. From the sounds of it it seams like you have some form of Gastrointestinal disorder.
