Few days ago you recreated an old thread about people scoping fuel in Ogun with one of your monikers, Vanguard is also known for falsehood, and that's why you lots are hated all over the world; from Nigeria to SA to Malay everywhere.

This is a total waste of time if Anambra state govt. Is not paying you for all these falsehood.

But I must commend your maturity, you don't through insult.
Go to national bureau of statistics search for states norminal GDP or CBN website, I don't post fake statistics.

Are you referring 2010 IMF data? India was at 5th Position ahead of UK in 2019, By End of next year India is going to surpass Germany.

Sunshineg5:
Lying is in your DNA

Can't you see that what you posted is real GDP not norminal

India can't make the first five in Norminal GDP of top countries in the world

Can you see how France and UK is ahead of India in Nominal GDP but below it when inflation is accounted for.

When you come up with a hypothesis, to be taken seriously you need to back it with facts. You can't just make such a statement without any evidence.

Even before the discovering of oil, Ondo was the largest producer of cocoa, Kolanut and one the largest producer of timber in Nigeria. The production of these cash crops brings about the development of industries.

When Easterners compare their states to the southwest, they only look at their trading and how huge their market is. From this shaking foundation, they normally conclude that they're the Japan of Africa without looking at other sectors of the economy.

Don’t mind the guy. The major earner for Agricultural export featured the Cocoa as one of the huge trade of that sector and Ondo state is the largest producer of Cocoa in Nigeria.

See the below chart according to NBS Q3 2019 main agricultural exports. SE is nowhere to be found lol.

So in these lock down crisis nationwide, the East so far and to some extent parts of the North have been the least affected/hit by the COVID19 crisis, there have been no reports of hunger protests or other forms of social unrest anywhere in the East as far as reports go.

But the case is quite different In the Southwest, the supposedly utopian region of sophisticated billionaires, the most civilized people in Africa according to some, and the region with the lowest poverty index in the world (no pun intended) according to many. Yet the reports of thousands scrambling for oil in muddied waters keep emerging from Ogun state, the other day it was hundreds scrambling for ordinary bread in Lagos (whatever happened to social distancing)?, in Ogun state again another report of young men protesting/attacking Chinese owned businesses emerged... needless to mention increasing cases of the COVID19 in major parts of the region...now we have Awawa boys, 1 million boys and other criminal outfits terrorising parts of Lagos (I know they will as usual blame the Igbos on these one again grin) even the majority if not all of the suspects and perpetrators caught so far have all been Yorubas.

So my question is, where are all these paper statistics of the South West been the most buoyant region in Africa, the richest and all the accolades that have been mellifluously accorded to the region by many here? how come we're not seeing these facts on ground? Please I want someone to explain to me what's actually going on... No insults please.

Where are all the Yoruba Forbes list billionaires, and what are they doing to curb these hunger games madness going on in the SW states?

Anytime an Igbo man upload any statistics/claim on Nairaland, you need to re-validate all those claims coz it has been established that they lie 70% of the time.

It is not evident that the south-east was not affected in any way by the total lockdown.

When we say the south-west has the least poverty prevalent rate in Nigeria, we mean that it has the lowest percentage of poor compared to other regions of Nigeria. That doesn't mean that there're no poor people in the west.

Furthermore, in a low earning country like Nigeria where most people work in the informal sector of the economy and where people live literally from hand to mouth with any considerable savings. It will be expected that people can't stay at home too long before they go hungry. Same reason why countries like India and South Africa are having the same problem. Even in the developed world, the government have to give palliative to the people to soften the effect of the crises or people's lively hood.

There are lot of states with bigger landmass in the North that don’t generate anything in agriculture so your premises of a small land is not acceptable.

Ogun and Ondo beats anambra in Agricultural GDP.

See this one is talking about tribe. Did Yoruba as a tribe exist before colonial masters? Was Yoruba not a caricature nickname of Oyo people given by Hausas? Mtcheew.

Yes, we and Hausa fulanis tried to work on a union based on common language and region (which was spearhead by the colonial masters, just like they did for u Yorubas), but this union has proven to be a failure due to religious extremism on the side of the Hausa fulanis.

So, while our marriage lasted, they were benefits on both sides.
In fact, Hausa fulanis benefitted more from us. 90% of the foot soldiers who fought to keep Nigeria one were middlebelt people. I know how many uncles I lost and people within my own town. But at the end of the day, Hausa fulanis betrayed us just like they want to do to you Yorubas with your Tinubu.

Comprenez-vous?

Bauchi is not Hausa fulani land but they have overrun the place due to religious similarity between them and the indigenes.
However, a part of Southern Bauchi (next door to Plateau) has not and can never be overrun cos they do not share same religion with Hausa fulanis.

So, Bauchi does not have a different socio-economic index from Hausa fulanis, but Adamawa & Taraba have a difference and u can bring the stats for us to compare.

Yes we enjoyed a quota system cos we were in the mudwater of Illiteracy in the past, but we do not need it anymore cos our literacy rate is almost catching up the South's.
Hausa fulanis were the ones who initiated these quota things and not us. Unfortunately it rubbed on us cos we shared same states with them.

The Middlebelt and the core-north will naturally partition itself along religious lines with time. The partition has already begun, but it is slowly. We will soon start to FasTrack it.

Hausa fulanis & Muslims have been evicted from dozens of towns in Plateau, Southern Kaduna, Taraba, Adamawa & Southern Bauchi and heavens did not fall.

Same way Boko Haram have driven away many Christians from Yobe & Borno and they had to flee to Adamawa, Jos & Kaduna.

What do u know about TY Danjuma? Same person who buys weapons for Taraba people to finish the Hausa fulani muslims in their midst? grin
Besides, our people and Nigerdeltans would be on friendly terms if this country divides cos we have everything to loose and gain from each other. If they try to seize TY Danjuma's oilwells, all their houses & investments in Abuja would go down the drain.
