So you are saying even in states controlled by PDP, even though it’s the state government that does that collation it list through CBT, somehow APC shred their list and replace them with the names of their members and we are not hearing any scandal about this program since it started in 2016. Those in APC must surely have superpowers.

Your last point, while you are partly correct, Buhari actually ordered the Minister to pay those on the list 20k during his broadcast on March 29. The Minister hasn’t paid anyone since Jan because she claimed she’s still studying how the all ministry works, it’s the same issue those on N-Power are facing. I’m not sure they have received their feb stipend though the minister said payment will start this week. The minister has done a shabby job compared to when Maryam Uwais was the one in charge of the whole NSIP.

In states controlled by PDP it's obvious PDP will fill the list with their card carrying members and a few neutrals. Poor APC members will definitely not smell any kobo. The police can't be relied on as they only patrol the major roads and don't go inside streets within communities.

Self-defence is the way out now, and getting a good night sleep is harder as we all have to say alert.

Like I said the day when this argument started, there are some checks n balances which I mentioned that you have overlooked.

Let me break it down again and hopefully I don’t have to repeat myself again.

CBT is done by the communities where they define what poverty means for them and they collate their list in wards which they send to the local government. Yes the state government are the one that will train staff to carry out this CBT so it’s possible to falsify data from the local government.

Now NSIP (FG) are the one that does the verification through PMT (Proxy means Test) where they go to each communities and visit the homes of those on the list. Apart from checking out the communities, some of the questions they ask borders on the poverty index like source of income, TV, gen, widow or widower, dependent and the likes. This is the way the verification takes place. After the verification NSIP (FG) then does the data capturing through Household uplifting program (HUP) where they create a wallet for them and an ID card.

Now to payment, the money doesn’t go to state government or local government to share, HUP select a payment service provider to cover each state, SIP then pay to the beneficiaries directly after verification of their names.

Zamfara, Abia, Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa beneficiaries haven’t gotten their own money yet, the Minister said their contract was terminated because they were delaying in carrying out their contractual agreement.

The chart you posted, it’s obvious Ebonyi missing is an error.

I’m in Lagos and not Ibadan.

The same thing happened along agege and border town between Lagos and Ogun. Ifo, alagbado, Abule egba, Sango and its environs are affected. Some of the robbery were caused by Awawa boys in agege and the 1 million boys.

Report of new attack has gone down with police patrolling those areas now but them guys in different communities has turn into vigilante.
