Yes igbo built the federal airport in Enugu, built the first Niger bridge and currently building the second one themselves. Igbos also built the rail from PH to jos themselves.

Lagos seaport was already existing even before British modernised it in 1913. This was before Lagos ever became the capital of Nigeria.

This is the picture of Lagos in 1910 and no one Kobo of SS, SE and entire North was used to build it. Fact.

The moment British conquered the remaining parts of Nigeria in 1913, the entity Nigeria was formed and Lagos was declared the Capital because no 'city' outside SW was befitting enough. They were mere bushes and villages built with mud houses. Once this was done, other tribes flooded Lagos, the new world.
