(I hear people say Pregnacare makes one's baby big). I actually got the Obron6 already for #1500 cos I couldn't afford the Pregnacare which is #4100.

Mamas in the house is there a way to stop snoring while sleeping, I'm 31weeks gone, anytime I sleep be it in the afternoon or night dh always tells me I snore loudly, I didn't believe him before until he did a sound recording of it, I couldn't believe I snore that loud, I don't snore before getting pregnant. Is there a way to correct this

Hello mothers, goodevening. Pls I have a question although it's not about pregnancy but I believe there are a lot of women of wisdom here.
I got married at the age of 26, 4 years ago as a virgin but it's been a difficult journey so far. My husband rarely have sex with me the highest is twice in a month, other times when I make demands or try to seduce him it ends in fight and he will avoid me for days by coming home late or sleeping in another room. We went to the hospital and did all test which confirmed that I was fine but my husband had a low count after alot of different things the count has improved but sex is still non existent. I was hoping to use the lockdown period to improve our sex life and if God wills conceive but we havent had sex in the 3weeks at all because he can't get an erection no matter what I do. Mothers pls what can I do I cant continue like this. God bless and grant all the preggy mothers safe delivery.

Hi dear, u need to talk to ur hubby. He has to understand that it takes two to tango. From your expression, he is reluctant to have sex as u have to beg him for it. He has to pls complement your effort as he knew he has it even bfr marriage. You are trying and he is also trying, but he should pls try harder. Situations like this are not approached with laxity. That morning sex is very important as the sperm is relaxed and more healthy in the morning. He should understand that u both have to work together, on the same pace, to make this work. I await your B.A soon in Jesus' name, Amen.

Good morning fruitful mothers.... Pls someone should help me out.... I have noticed reduced baby movement since I clocked 24 weeks. Prior to that time, my baby used to move very well. I took Maldox at 23 weeks 6 days as prescribed by my gynecologist. I started feeling somehow and vomited.... I felt dizzy the next day being Friday, 17th April. My state is on lockdown if not I would have rushed to the hospital....

The last checkup I had on 21 weeks 3 days showed everything was okay.

You are allowed to go to hospital even with lockdown. Please seek medical attention to calm your mind. I had same reduced movt from hyperactive at initial stage and was worried too. They had to monitor my baby for 2hours at the clinic and confirmed everything was alright. Initial scan showed baby was sleeping and all efforts to wake him proved abortive so they had to send me in for monitoring. It's better you see your doc so as to rest your mind.

Try to get Maca for him. Korean Ginseng is also good. Also find out what causes his lack on interest in sex. It might have to do with his past or his current state of mind. In all, he needs your support to pull through.

Aside the occasional pelvic pain, tightness, heavy stomach and discomfort sleeping on the side, I'm strong, baby is kicking and moving fine and bags are packed already.

I still go for my daily walks and attend to house chores with my DH's help.
What I don't understand is my new crave/love for bread and tea, its almost a daily!

In all, grateful for the journey so far and can't wait to hold my lo.

Good morning. #TeamSeptember. Well there's something we really need to clarify in this family. No doubt, there's so much conflicting literature and comments on the internet space on the use of Pregnacare/Obron6 and/or B-complex, Folic Acid, Calcium, Ferous et al. Now, the crocs of the matter is, last pregnancy, we didn't take pregnacare at all. All we used was Folic Acid, Calcium, Ferous. But now we're using Pregnacare but combine it with Folic Acid once a day, and Ferous once a day. Now we're adding Calcium also once a day and B-complex once a day. I honestly hope this isn't trying too much but we are doing this because i think you can't get too much of these things.

Secondly, is it compulsory to treat malaria at least twice during pregnancy even if you don't have malaria? Last time out, we did get malaria treatment twice. So if this is very important, at what stages would treatment be recommended and what is the best recommended malaria med.
