So I was busy all tru the day and didn't get to eat any reasonable meal till this evening.

I decided to just make any fast meal that will last me tru the night and I settled for noodles.

So I experimented with idea of stir frying diced ponmo+ crayfish+diced carrot+onions along with the indomie onions flavor and below is the result cool

The YouTube video I copied the recipe from said you can refrigerate in a Ziploc bag and toss in the microwave when you want to eat

Please house, how do i store vegetables not to get spoilt. Carrot, bell peppers, green peas and beans? Mine doesn't stay 3days before going bad.

Store them in the freezer

Write out the name and date at the time you place them in the freezer, always go for the ones with old date before new.
