emmanuelewumi:Can you mention the are one can buy in Asaba? 5m in Asaba? Never maybe suburbs of Asaba not Asaba |
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by zamirikpo(m): 11:53am On Apr 27, 2020 |
emmanuelewumi: off course, there are cheaper lands in asaba. bros this area is even developing, few houses around, its even a GRA by DDPA (Delta development property agency)but still coming up, what Ive tried to point out is the need to cut my cloth according to my size. I could afford 15m for 100 by 100ft, but it would cost me an investment thatll yield future profits. I found a place that is still developing, and with the kind of houses I see around, would fit my social class in future, like u said. 8 Likes |

If at 35, you have other investments and can afford a duplex then by all means. Even at 45, the kids can enjoy it with you. I only feel it's a little awkward for people around 60 to 70 who happen to come upon wealth that period to build such, especially as you know, arthritis is common during that period so that climbing stairs becomes extremely difficult as the years increase. I see many young people out of love and appreciation of their parents build them such big houses. The intention usually is very noble and please I have nothing against it but it is important to be aware of the safety hazards of bath tubs, constant climbing of stairs at that age poses to their parent. I hope people don't misconstrue this my opinion Sha. zamirikpo: 9 Likes |

Kendumazy:There was no motive in the post I quoted, rather ridicule with no basis. Someone talking about shifted curtains and empty living rooms, just to prove that he that lives somewhere else is smarter than the person living in a highbrow area, not even knowing the person's financial capability(else, how do someone judge wealth from living rooms and who switches on AC?). That I call rubbish and very close to madness. Anyways the level of delusions and fable-like tales seem to be the norm in this thread so indulge the group to carry on,we are just watching from the sidelines. 4 Likes |

Mills55: thank you jare………..he even said we envy people above our class, in this day and age. am sure of one thing in life, u come, u do ur own and u leave, no first ,no last. the curtain issue is certainly true but not meant to disrespect them, afterall, as I type now my curtain is open, I nearly pulled out my window sef. (cos of heat, fan ma, is blowing hot breeze)one would have thought that sustainability should be factored into whatever we intend to do. shebi I once saw someone selling sachet milk and provisions from a hummer jeep in Benin. my point is we should really plan properly and leave the rest for God. 7 Likes |

Hi, my company is seriously looking for investors that will come & develop our land in Asaba, Delta state. My company's name is Asaba water park city. We have a thousand plots of land facing the River Niger & it has a tarred road facing the government house, although its flood prone during the rainy season, what we intend to do it reclaim land from the River Niger just like the Eko Atlantic city. We have our survey plan, our 3D design of buildings & videos, although our investor can change the plan if they feel they have a better design. Pls call me on +2348038371706, or my mail on pattykris14@gmail.com. only serious investors can call or send a mail pls. My name is Ify. |

Our behaviours and attitudes are determined by two major factors hereditary factors and environmental factors. We inherit certain traits from our parents, we learn some behaviours from our parents, the environment we grow up also influences our behaviours, attitudes, temperament, expectations from life and outlook about life. That is why some people have entitlement mentality, argumentative, calm, confrontational, humble, frugal, reckless, low self esteem, proud confident, outgoing, industrious, athletic, business minded, opportunist, compassionate, agressive, abusive, toxic, friendly, spend to impress, need validation of others etc 23 Likes 1 Share |
