I was wondering the same coz L&T would not come in this continent for small projects, Never heard of this Turkish contractor But Best of luck for quality i hope it will not be like messy and crumbly like Istanbul train system, i hope you guys have any 3rd party auditor/QC Control Contractor for this project, If you have independent QC Controller from another Country then it may be okay for project. Mpesa is a Kenyan Company run by Safaricom. Safaricom is a telecommunication Company 40% Owned by Vodafone & 60% owned by the Kenyan government. I Know it hurts to come by it but you just have to get over it. Kenya isn't South Africa where your Landlord is white .
