The compliance level is very low and that's because Govt are clueless...it was tight on the first 5 days of the lockdown, but afterwards the whole thing was messed up. Even those who do not belong to the essential category like food sellers and health workers were seen displaying wares at the market.... When you asked, they'll resolved to emotional blackmail on how the government has neglected them.... But my question is before now, have the government cater for them in any way?? Na we dey do ourselves 9jayes: 2 Likes |

@MansoryMX How many times shall we tell you guys that Nigeria's case is peculiar Focus on the number of deaths! How many confirmed cases lead to death How many are successfully discharged everyday compared to the number that die Confirmed cases may be well up to 1 million! MOST of the confirmed cases will recover with little or no treatment!! There is no cause for alarm at all!!! 7 Likes |

Jack500:It is one of the effective ways to tackle the virus it is because some Nigerians are lawless that is why there are still cases imagine people are still doing interstate travel at night. The lockdown has reduced the numbers ease it and it will skyrocket it is the stubborness of some people that is why it seems like the efforts being made is a waste 1 Like |

Aflix: What ventilators are u talking about ??. It's either the facilities are not up to standard: lacking the necessary modern health care Equipments etc or the health care delivery/ practice is not optimal..Otherwise ,trust Nigerians, the media and naija politicains ,they wud have politicise it and shown off. Don't be surprised some patients wud be on the floor receiving treatment. There might be no CPR machine ,no patient monitor not to talk of ventilator. At this point Lagos alone should be boasting of @ least 10 isolation centres with a capacity of @ least 500 beds having all modern day equipments. Nigeria is just haphazard is her ways: the politicians donating monies to the FG know exactly what they are doing. While I commend their efforts, their intentions are not far fetched from any critically thinking mind. It's just like those politicians that sponsor campaigns and elections : those monies donated would translate to contracts, policies that would favour their businesses and probably tax evasion. Why give the FG monies directly knowing fully well how the monies/ donations wud end up in private pockets, distributed among the poorest of the poor( the core North) ? Why didn't they buy the necessary relief/ medical items and give the worse hit states ?? . Naija, I hail thee. If the minister of health could tell a group of house rep committee set up for CoVid and the whole Nigerians on national TV that he was not aware of the paltry money meant for hazard allowance of front line health workers, then that sums it up. The whole thing is a joke to them. This is a doctor, who @ a time in his career have passed Tru hosemanship, residency before seeing a consultant, so how wud he not be aware of hazard allowance paid to health workers ?? To us everything is politics. I pray we get it right someday as a nation. 1 Like |

Some people think the lockdown did not work. The lockdown was meant to slow the spread of the virus, which I believe has really worked, otherwise, by now with the population of the Nigeria, we would be hearing death figures in thousands. Lifting the lockdown now is like Government saying, we are tired, now every man for himself. As we go out from Monday, people shld choose what they believe. If you think the virus is a scam, you will soon find out. Remember Donald Trump initially called it a hoax, now he is blaming China for not telling him on time how deadly the virus was. #yourdestinyinyourhand 9 Likes |

Government should try and provide a testing center for each state rather than some state taking their sample to other state for testing. |
