as we hope that this pandemic will be contained very soon, we also expect a brighter future for everyone, due to d state govt directive, all markets in Onitsha will open for business activities as from monday may4th. already u can see loads of trucks leaving from,onitsha which shows dt some people ve almost commenced biz especially waybills, anyone who might want to do some purchases can come from monday, though interstate movement is still banned, i hope to do more for all that follow this thread i hooe |

we met a man who buys stockfish from d stockfish international market and sells in sokoto. we saw d house he built in d village and we asked him how he was able to build such, he said na d stockfish biz he dey do give am d,money. another guy who sells same item in abakaliki has a three storey building hostel for abakaliki, this a guy dt wears shorts whenever u see him come market ti buy goods, u fit even give am chop money thinking u re beta than hm. no be motivational talk, na reality, these guys re customers to a friend of mine who imports stockfish. recently i have seen guys who started wit one bag and re increasing months by months. for those who went to school, if dt ur certiificate cant get u job for now, atleast let it get u mind and brain to use to start doiong sth. personally i have seen people i neglected maybe bc of their,outlook or capwcity doing great things. last two weeks, i was shocked when i was told dt a guy who buys modems from me and sells in d same market here in,onitsha and sells,to his customers in diff states bought a land of 9million naira in and paid cash. this is a guy i dont take his calls at times. there is this other customer i got newly. he will always for me to reduce 50naira for him. i also came to know dt he built a duplex in asaba and drives three exotic cars. nna i just shudder. these guys buys from me bt they might be richer than me. am not suppose to,say these things. but they re d hard realities on ground that can inspire people who can lewrn 5 Likes |

last year i visited a northern state in naija. i satyed for abt 2eeeks,i surveyed their markets there. there re some biz i saw opportunities in. there re some items i saw dt,re in markets here dt re not moving much but were imoving there. i decided to invest in such biz . bt d problem is dt i cant be there myself and cant find a boy who can act as boy boy for me there.most parents dont want their child to,go,learn,trade fior north bc of d boko haram issue. but still some people still dey thise areas dey do their biz and raking in money. d funny thing is i was shown buildings bombed by bkok haram in mubi. i said nawao. bt when we reached d market in mubi it was filled up wit people. i said ok if all these peopke can still get mind dey do biz, those who run away should think twice. even when i came back i quickly told a man who told,me before abt selling their father property in mubi out to wait dt properties there re appreciating more in value 1 Like |

a hardworking student for,unizik from a poor family once came to me. i gave him a loan of 50k and he was picking stuffs from here and selling to,classmates for school. after two months he brought back d,money. dt guy was paying his school fees till he graduated. no be evry student who lives well dey do yahoo yahoo. at a time he was even bringing clothes for,some lecturers. u can still make money in a legit way if u got,d,right info and u re determined. start small. dont be greedy. know d people u will sell to at a,high price and those to,sell,to on a lower price.use ur mind. again start small and grow. if u start big and tins dont go well u wont hqve sth,to fall back to. bt,if u start small and e no work ur loss will be minimal 2 Likes |

info is key in any biz. then develop a strategy dt suits u is paramount.in biz remive fear and adopt good plans january this year i bought many bags of beans. this is a biz i have never done before, infact i never do any food biz before. i packed d beans for warehouse for market and was selling wit a 1k profit. i never knew dt d big money lies in storage. not like i was not told but i was afraid .do u know dt there was a time in feb this year dt d landing cost of beans to onitsha was 12k. dt time,i still have many i bough for 16k so i was hoping it will crash more. boom as i was still waitin d price started increasing again. if i had stored like 400bags of beans by now i will be making around 10kper bag. 10k times 400bags is 4million naira . d funny thing is dt a dealer here can even buy all once in a day.d thing dn open my eyes. by next harvest season i dn prepare na beans go give me money i go use go summer holidays next year for america . i hope corona would have gone by then 2 Likes |

sassysure:for stockfish u dont have problem. will give u contact of sellers.but for mangala i no know anybody there. i think those mangala come from d north so north should be where u will be looking at,for a beta bargain. for stockfish if u wanna sell and its ur first time u dont have to buy upto 15bags . its a perishable goods dt depreciates week by week. u can buy a bag of stockfish 50k this week and if it develop muts peopke will be pricing same bag for 25k what u bought for 50k. so anybody going into it needs to study it and have a strategy. there re more than 20varieties and specs of cod u can see for market. know d type people,in ur area,wants.u can start wit few bags. 1 Like |
