Please can u guys always ignore troll posts? I personally don't respond to trolls, if I make a mistake of responding once without knowing the trolls' intention immediately I know his intention; the conversation ends right there. I don't indulge them.

I've seen countless of them on this thread mentioning me, most times I just look at the mention and move on. Giving them attention bequeath on them the right arms and ammunition to get under Ur skin and make u unnecessarily worked up.

Resist the urge to respond to them. If someone sees a food u spent quality time in the kitchen preparing and makes such derogatory comments like : "Yuck"...." looks like shiiit"...."Why is Ur food scattered in the plate like dog food"....."Seeing the poison u prepared wants to make me puke".....etc....Just know u are the one that enjoyed the delicious and nourishing food u prepared while the troll after dropping his senile comment will go back to his miserable life after logging off and face the harsh economic realities he was trying to mask with his mean post online.

I made this rustic Italian bread called Ciabatta yesterday.

It was a miss. I don't think I will want to make this bread again. It took twelve hours to make this and it didn't come out well at all. Although, the taste was perfect but the texture (inside) wasn't how it is supposed to be. I just weak!

The bread is a no knead bread, no butter, no sugar bread. It requires just 4 ingredients (flour, water, yeast and salt)

never fry your tomatoes before adding your tin tomatoe otherwise it will have tin tomatoe taste.Make sure you fry your tin tomatoe a bit before adding your tomatoe.To make things easier boil your tomatoe a bit to separate the water from the tomatoe,with this frying becomes easier.Just decided to add this to what pocohantas said.
