I bought a UK used 1phone 7 about 5weeks ago. 3 weeks into using the phone, an issue came up. when I make calls, I can't tell if the call I going through and can't put it on speaker, I can't hear when the person picks as well, if I get a call, I can't hear the person on the other end. I can't do video/audio calls on WhatsApp, I always get the message '' you can't make calls because you are in another call". I complained to the seller and he told me it was a software issue. He changed the phone to another phone for me last week. Today the new phone is having the same problem, I updated to the new software but still the same....PLEASE WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH THE PHONE? Did I buy a bad iphone? please I need response..Thanks
