andrewbaba44: If you think Liverpool currently don't have 100 million to spend then you're mistaken Over the past 3 years they have been accumulating without any significant expenses. I think they are using the 'broke' excuses to cover their gaffe of furloughing their staff |

Subzero047: Accumulate my ass Liverpool are not claiming broke oga ,you can’t give what you don’t have ok You think it’s by winning champions league How come Man United has always remain the richest club in the world ahead of barca and Madrid ? It’s only recently Barcelona overtake united as the richest club in the world Liverpool is not a poor club but sorry they won’t spend 100 on a player Was it not part of Coutinho money that was used in purchasing vvd ? Someone should correct me if I am wrong |

We now have a team that can dominate african and world football fot 10 to 15 years. Rohrs team will stand the test of time. This is unlike keshis team that disintegrated in 3 years. A combinstion of rohs good policies and efforts being made to develop our youth football by academies youth competions and use of foreign based players gives us a large pool of talents. The mri machine that stops age cheating is yielding good dividends. Rohr is creating a legacy that will stand. This team will last a decade or more as the players are still young. At the end of the day history will be kind to Rohr as laying the foundation of a great era 1 Like |

From the last 15 pages I read. All I could see were whining on why we need Eze. Bla bla bla. Someone was even accusing another that he's pained cos Eze rejected, and the analogy, "na una type dey gossip when woman rejects you" or something thereof. Like seriously? This is a NATIONAL TEAM for crying out loud. Is it that we don't have dignity again? Because I'm at loss. I asked a question sometimes ago. Osimhen is playing for Lille, now top clubs over Europe are looking for him Chukwueze is playing for Villareal and top clubs have enquired about his availability You want England? Iwobi was playing for Arsenal and to Everton he went Ndidi from Genk to Leicester Ajayi went from Rotherham in League One to West Brom in Championship, and now unarguably, to EPL. Look around our squad for crying out loud. All these players did this climb while wearing Nigerian jersey. They did it while playing for the Super Eagles. It's such a shame that we can't even pride ourselves of dignity if we're still crawling to beg a player who is toying with us, under the guise of he wants to land an EPL team. Is he scared he's not good enough? If he really wanted to play, he'd have played. If he did. FFS, is Ovie not in the same championship? Why didn't Ovie play Eze's card of wanting to land an EPL team before committing? I'm passionate about the team. Eze is a good player, no doubt. But I won't trade my dignity in begging a player to play for us, when if England comes calling, they wouldn't think twice before committing to them. We all have our opinions, yes. We can want Eze(frankly speaking, I don't. He's bruised my ego already), but we shouldn't lose our dignity in calling for him by begging and begging. There's no FB in the team at this moment that was "begged" before committing. Every player already knows who s/he wants to play for. The moment you start begging, for years, s/he never wanted you. I hope Eze would put me to shame one day by playing for us, but frankly speaking, I don't see that day coming. 1 Like |

andrewbaba44: I'm still trying to understand your point, I'm not saying Liverpool is the richest club in the world Hope you know Aston Villa spent 100 million as a championship club, Fulham also spent circa 100 million, Everton spent around 100 million in the last 3 years It is now Liverpool that have been in 2 champions league finals, won one, have a higher TV revenue, have a higher merchandise sale, and a higher matchday revenue with their netspend in the positive can't spend 100 million You are very funny |

Subzero047: Spending 100 million buying different players is different from spending 100 million on a single player Everton spent about 200 million also You think buying a single player for 100 million na beans Reason kalidou koulibally is still at Napoli I Dey tell you of spending 100 million on a single player and you are here telling me something else If you know you know If you no know then you no know Dey there Dey shine teeth like camel wey smoke Igbo for wetin you no know |

Subzero047: I think you're not understanding his angle. Una don dey drag this thing from pages back. Barça is among top 2 richest clubs in the world Barça is among top 2 highest earners from previous season Barça have been steadily competing in Europe and always reach the quarters at least Barça almost always wins the league Barça almost always win Copa del Rey But, but, but....... Barça had to ask for 70% paycut from players for this pandemic. There's the question, what happened to all the money Barça has been earning and earned? That's what Andrew is saying. Yes, pool have the money. But they can't spend it on "1 player" |

Subzero047: You can buy Gk Df Mf St For 100 mil, you've strengthened 4 positions. You don't have to worry about injuries anymore. You sign 1 player, not so much. He can go injured, he can go on droughts, the price tag tension to deliver. Yes, it's all overwhelming. |

barackodam: You can also buy someone like Van dyk or Mbappe and he transforms your team instead of buying Sakho, Mustafi, Lovren and Mangala For example when Bale left Tottenham used his money to buy cheap replacements like Soldado, Lamela, Capoue, Vlad Chireches, Paulinho, Naser Chadli, Eriksen and all of them bar Eriksen flopped |
