I don't know what's wrong with my a5pro I've reset it twice in space if 2 weeks. Lost all my pictures, videos and file. Same thing happened today, I was playing chess when suddenly my battery went down I decided to power it with my power bank only for the phone to restart and I was asked to reset it again ..what could be the problem?
