Two absconded and without making efforts to locate them, you concluded that they relocated to where they came from.

This act is becoming rampant. Coronavirus patients that abscond from isolation centres to reunite with the rest of the society should be treated as suicide bombers. They should be shot at sight

We need to promulgate a law to discourage this wicked acts from some silly people. The hard truth is that this behaviour is intentional
