The Bible clearly says " my people perish because they lack knowledge" these pastors having studied this in Hosea 4 are using it as an insight to brainwash gullible Christians who do not read the Bible and understand it, but relly on their pastors to help read on their behalf. Question- Is the presence of God limited to church alone? Think about this. God is everywhere. The same word of God instructs children of God to adhere to government directive ( by my understanding), especially when it is in their interest, yet people are ask d to risk their lives just for certain benefits of others. Do you know salvation can actually come to you in your home? Yes! It must be in a church. Many have been saved in the streets or even in tervans I am not one of those who criticize men of God and I don't bother myself about how they make money or relly on their members to get rich because I believe only God has that right, but I know some of their actions, just like this one is not in the interest of their members. |

BluntTheApostle: What about involving the military in the supply chain? What about paying money into every account connected to BVN so that people could buy prior to lockdown? What about using toll free phone lines for orders? There are lots of things the government can do differently if they are serious. The NURTW have units in every nook and cranny of Nigeria. Their network can be used to sustain the supply chain instead of online stores or in conjunction with online stores. |

Why are pastors not concerned about the safety of their members? Pray for solutions not adding to the issues. God is everywhere not just in the church buildings. |

dapadawee: What this people don't understand is that Corona virus has let us know where priorities lie. All industries and businesses were closed except food and health. The world is not looking to religious leaders again but scientits. If some people cannot discern this things and re-evaluate their priorities, then that person is lost for good. 2 Likes |

PHijo: We have not gotten to this stage. Supposing we can afford to pay into every account connected to a BVN, and allow people to shop, we still need great electricity supply to preserve perishables, especially meat and fish. The NURTW have units in every nook and cranny of Nigeria. Their network can be used to sustain the supply chain instead of online stores or in conjunction with online stores. And who would pay for all these things? A low-income country like Nigeria? Please, let us be realistic. Except you are not in this country, you should know the realities of things here. The government knows that they are financially constrained by the mere size of our population against our meagre budget, and that was why they took the risk to ease lockdown. 1 Like 2 Shares |
