Agreed he has been over taken comprehensively by two players that were considerably behind him at one stage.

Those two players are Eze and Ovie.

He has been for me largely dissapointing.

Which to me is surprising. And he isn't getting as much time under Parker.

Komekn, this was what happened. He admitted to this himself. So I'm not buying your narrative that suggests he was out because of how things are done here.

I saw him a few times before the season was halted, trust me he would come good, hence I pray Fulham gets promoted. I was glad with what I saw, even though he hasn't been so lucky with injuries

Football is crazy.

You absolutely must take your opportunities and make the best use of them.

At one stage Tega Onomah waa knocking on the first team door for Tottenham. Was considered the numero one in the English U21 team.

Football is very impatient and very few managers will give you too much time particularly in teams that are fighting for Champion league football.

It is so important for a young player to look at progression and development and not just money.

Thanks for being the only one to take a stab on the question. Now please can you list thhe players that have been begged so far based on your definition, the number of times, the emissaries sent etc.

That's a very relevant and pertinent question ❓ So we can actually disect this whole notion of begging.

If Indeed it is just one persons self birthed notion.

For instance l would never say to the most junior member of staff go and do this or that, I absolutely must say PLEASE.

In Nigeria when l say to my gateman good morning oga, can you please open the gate. Some have thought "foolish man" imagine begging your gate man to open the gate are you not paying his salary.

So I want to see what people mean by begging.

I don't easily give up on players, as long as that player has it and keeps working hard to overcome his woes. For once, I never gave up on Iheanacho, same as Isaac Success until he proved me wrong. I still have high hopes on KC Nwakali and Onomah

Nobody will give up on iheanacho or success as no matter how bad they are they will still manage to play games ,there was a time success went on loan at Malaga or so ,both are players who won’t lack offers if they choose to leave their current club ,thank God nacho is back to his best

The problem with nwakali is that he is not playing,he is always out of the picture

If nwakali starts playing first team football then the hope is back

For now ,fingers crossed and observing

Ejaria was recalled by Arsenal.

He wasn't available for selection and was neglected by the team handlers at the time.

Kingsley Ehizibue has revealed that his family is ”proud” following his maiden invitation to the Super Eagles, reports Completesports.com.

The FC Cologne of Germany defender was named in Nigeria’s squad for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying fixtures against Sierra Leone in March which was later postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

“My family there is proud with the invitation from Nigeria, for sure,” Ehizibue told fcupdate.nl.

”You can feel that in everything. But even if it is Switzerland or Germany, my family is always grateful for what it has and is due.”

The 24-year-old last kicked a ball in March, following the suspension of football in Germany, with coronavirus having infected over 150,000 people in the country so far. Almost 6,300 people have died of the disease in Germany.

The German football league however decided on Wednesday that the Bundesliga season will restart on May 15, after the government gave the green light on a return to action.

“When we know that things can start again, we are ready. I’m glad we will again touch a ball,”Ehizibue added.

“If you have not played football for a long time, you really know how tough it is.

“We will never forget this situation, it is unique, we spent two months inside and what I take above all is that nothing more will be taken for granted.”

Turkish Super Lig Champions Galatasaray are interested in signing Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa from Saudi Arabia Professional League side, Al Nassr.

According to reports in the Turkish media, Galatasaray are already making plans for next seaon and are keen on adding the pacy winger to their squad.

Musa, who can also play as a striker, has been previously linked with a move to Fenerbahce.

The experienced winger could be keen on a return to Europe following stints with VV Venlo in the Dutch Eredivisie , CSKA Mosow of Russia and Premier League outfit, Leicester City.

Musa linked up with Al Nassr from Leicester City in 2018.

Ur first paragraph is quite funny considering all the abuses and mockery Nacho suffered here when things were quite tough for him. The pigmouth Iheanacho? Lol we know better

About KC Nwakali, being aware of the root of his problems and the fact that he is now working really hard to overcome it, makes me believe even more in him, despite his lack of actions for now. Nwakali will prove many people wrong.

To explain my opinion on the LFC 100million debacle.

Can LFC spend an amount on just one player? Yes.

Will they do so if that player was Mbappe? Its hard to answer.

For one, Mbappe is just one player and maybe prone to getting injured for an extensive period.

Two, its hard to just conclude that Mbappe will bench Firminho. Firminho does more than just score(actually, he isn't very good at this). He tracks back and even helps out the defense. His work rate is even comparable to Mane's. I doubt Mbappe can replicate such.

Three, with the AFCON coming soon (bar Covid19 delays), we would need suitable, world class replacements for Salah and Mane and I think the board/sporting director/coach may tilt toward splashing the cash on Jadon Sancho and Mbappe but the conundrum is, when Salah and Mane returns, who would bench who?

My opinion: To buy Mbappe, it means we have to sell one of the front three so that we don't end up having a bench him/or play him problem. Should we buy Mbappe? I don't know. Personally, Mbappe is younger than any of them and has more room for improvement under klopp but the fee would be too high for one player. I'd have loved we consider buying both Werner(we need a creative AM/striker) and chukwueze(I believe this young lad would vastly improve under klopp).

Liverpool cannot spend that amount on a player, unless maybe the nike paro takes place

Mbappe will bench firminho because he is a better goal poacher than firmino and liverpool cannot afford to bench a player bought for 250million

Its not hard to conclude, firmino is no aguero, suarez, lawandowski

Jadon sancho is rated at 100 million, liverpool will not buy such player to be put on the bench when mane and salah returns from afcon, and yes sancho is no where near the level of mane and salah, but such player wont be put on the bench if he joins

Yes if you sell one of your front 3 you can buy mbappe easily with adding some money beause saido mane is the most valuable and if he is to be sold it will be nothing less than 150 million euros ,firmino will fetch you at least 60 million and salah will fetch 100 plus

Klopp is more interested in werner

See as you call chuks, after now if you critisize the boy dem go say you hate am, just look at you saying he will improve under klopp, that means you got love for chuks

I reserve my rest comments

You are accusing him of something from your own assumptions or from other’s opinions. The problem is you have a grouse with a player who has decided to continue with England. Why? Whether he plays for Nigeria or not eventually is up to him, and it’s also up to the NFF to ignore him then. Life is full of choices. Both parties professionals in their own rights. Making approaches is part of the business. There should never be hard feelings.

I have lesser problems with him choosing to continue for England, than people still "begging" for him

I was sad his career was once traded for money, it was ill thought off to have joined Arsenal when he did, and he got carried away by the hype that ensued after his U17 exploit. But since he decided to be more serious, retracing his step by first of all leaving Arsenal for a modest club, I no longer yab, but wish him the very best.
