My friend has been holed up at Obollo Afor for the past 3 days, she was coming from Enugu to Abuja.

The problem is that Police will collect money as usual and allow vehicles but the Enugu vigilante groups will not allow any vehicle to pass at their own checking point following the strict directive from the Governor.

Are you living in a cave, this information is every where, my friend has been stuck on the road for the past 3 days in Enugu due to the lockdown because she has official assignment to attend, she joined commercial vehicle even though she has a pass as a medical personnel.

The almajiris are moving away from the North, you heard Elrufai saying it's all over for the almajiris with no concrete plan to resettle them, many of them can't trace their parents because they left home at very young ages.
