Trust me sir/ma, achieving a 100% when offering a repair service. We are also learning and we will begin to deliberately ask for users reviews especially on Nairaland. It is a norm for people to keep quiet when they get a good service, but really complain when the service is less than perfect.
We will continue to strive to improve our services (we are not perfect). Out of over 500 repairs we may have rendered on Nairaland, 1-10 reviews may not seem out of place.
This person who made this complaint missed out some points:
1. On two occasions prices were reduced after she pleaded. 2. Our office provided internet service for her to update the phone/apply google login when her hotspot was failing. 3. We allowed her the privilege of completing payment (though a minor payment) when she got home 4. There was liquid damage related issues that we observed and took care of (like servicing the board) at no extra cost.
Sometimes we may be quick to give negative reviews, it is just the usual human behaviour. Do you have the Replacement LCD screen with touch digitizer and frame for Xiaomi Mi Max 2 in stock? If YES, how much is it? |

If you run a business, you may understand better... We have told her to come with the phone if it's still giving her issues... The best products/service would have some negative reviews... There are people here on nairaland WHO ORDERED SCREENS FROM THE BEST SELLERS ON ALIEXPRESS WITH BEST REVIEWS, and the screens had issues... Does that make the difference seller bad? Replacement parts of phones are made by 3RD PARTY VENDORS, we also just buy from vendors with good reviews but even with that there may seldom be issues/sometimes manufacturer defects... 3 Likes |

We apologise for the issues you have with the screen we fixed for you. Anytime you're around Ikeja kindly bring it around for a cross-check.
We don't fix inferior screens, aftermarket screens will never meet the quality of OEM: that's not just with us. It is quite unfair when you insinuate no one should use our service. We have attended to several needs and satisfied quite a number of people here on Nairaland.
We hope we can help you resolve any pending issues with your phone. The screen now freezes and sometime twitches. I will definitely bring it over, after I am fit to make such journey. I am currently under the weather 1 Like |

Sometimes we may be quick to give negative reviews, it is just the usual human behaviour. How much was reduced? When I called, you said the screen was N12,000 then camera was N3500. I got to your office, you said the screen was N14000 and camera N5000 which wasn't what I was told initially. And from your post here it says redmi N7 screen is N12,000. I paid N17,000. How did you reduce the price? Your engineer mentioned you saw water traces, and my phone has never fallen in water. After fixing my screen, it was stuck in boot loop, I didn't have that issue before bringing it to you. I had to wipe my phone details to see if it will work. You asked me to connect to WiFi which I asked you and you said you dont have. I decided to share WiFi from my other phone, and it wasn't going through that was when you brought out your phone to share WiFi with me. So don't make it like you did me a big favour, it's part of your JOB!!! you will have to test everything to make sure it works. You later said my volume buttons were bad and you need to change it. I said ok after changing you charged N2000 for the button, which I told you I don't have cash at hand that I will do the transfer when I get home, I requested for a discount and you said I should pay N1000 Which I agreed to. Only for me to get home tilted my phone and the button fell off, I proceeded to transfer the N1000 the next day. Not to mention how you wasted my day that day, you asked me to come take the phone by 10am , I specifically told your sales girl that I have to leave Ikeja by 12pm, she asked you and the told me to come pick up by 10pm. My husband dropped me as I assured him we will leave before 12pm. He had an appointment and had to cancel that appointment because of me, we left Ikeja around 5pm my husby was very angry. Your sales girl called me by 9:45am that morning, I had gotten to your office before I saw the call. So don't sound like you did me any favour. 11 Likes 1 Share |

I keep to my word, that's why I still sent the N1000. Others won't do that, take a look at what you claimed you fixed. I don't mince words, ask your sales rep, I told everything wrong and right with the repair. I told her the camera is very ok. 4 Likes |

Your sales girl called me by 9:45am that morning, I had gotten to your office before I saw the call. So don't sound like you did me any favour. Screen is currently being fixed at our office for 14K, it was reduced AFTER YOU PLEADED MADAM that we reduce it to 12K The power button flex WE BOTH AGREED TO 2K TO Fix IT.. After we fixed it and it was working YOU PLEADED THAT YOU HAD NO MONEY ON YOU, THAT WE SHOULD REDUCE IT TO 1K which you paid a day after. Your phone was *TOTALLY BLANK WHEN YOU BROUGHT IT MA* phones with bad screens rarely go BLANK unless there are other issues. When a screen is cracked/broken you will would usually see ink on stains on it NOT TOTALLY BLANK. You brought it to our office asking that we fix Screen + Camera.. There's no way what we did could have caused the phone to start looping (the phone had underlying issues that wasn't made known). Its not our duty to make sure your phone IS TOTALLY OKAY because we didn't diagnose it. What you asked us to change, we did. That should be where our duty lies, that's what was paid for. Offering you data connectivity to update your phone is a privilege to you in our bid two ensure you left our office with a good experience. Reducing prices for you (on two occasions) is also a form of ensuring you left with a good experience. Servicing your board after we have saw your whitish debris on it (sign of liquid damage) is our bid in the ensuring you left with a good experience. IT is therefore quite surprising when we saw this issue brought to nairaland without exhausting communicating with us... In all, we still hope to resolve any pending issue you may have with the screen/power button we fixed. 3 Likes |
