@oyedejiopeoluwa Apart from the cost, also research on when during your cycle these tests can be done so you don't end up wasting your money. E.g HSG after period but before ovulation. Hormonal profile on cycle day 3 and 21 etc. Letrozole is also not taken only one day. It's usually taken for 5 days... Do follow up with your recommending doctor to get all the info you need |

Patience is key. Since it's her luteal phase, a little more patience won't hurt. Let her wait till she miss a period, then she can test on the second day of a missed period to get a positive result. Also note that, premenstrual syndrome will give you all signs of pregnancy. Baby just to us all Floxy14: |

Good evening, Please can someone be pregnant and test results shows negative? She's feeling tired & dizzy, headache, back pain, bitter mouth, pain on d left side of her lower abdomen missed period for 2days only to see blood when she went to pee in the morning but the blood just drops & didn't fill the pad. But was given malaria drugs in the hospital to take. |
Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by rvpbae: 7:56pm On May 12, 2020 |
cyntybabe: Urine or blood test?? If urine, hold on a little and do a blood test. I would suggest you hold on on the malaria drugs till you are confirmed not to be pregnant. |

miraclebaby:Thank you so much for your help mama. I tried the ewedu therapy for 1week(it is not readily available in the East). I was also taking vit B6 & vit E daily, this is together with parlodel which my gynae placed me on. Within the space of 1month, my prolactin level dropped from 1760miu/L to 80miu/L (120-900miu/L). My doctor has asked me to try if I'll ovulate naturally. If nothing happens in the next 2 months, he'll try stimulating with clomid. He has also reduced my parlodel dose which I'll be taking till Bfp. I'm trusting God for the best now. 5 Likes |

cyntybabe: Perform new test using blood as sample if not done yet. Those symptoms are as well for malaria or typhoid. For the blood, her period could be underway. Gracias |

jehovalives: There is a difference, PID is like inflammation of the reproductive part which could cause endometriosis, that is inflammation of the wall of the uterus. PID could affect the tubes too. Let the person go to a standard medical lab for the test or scan. Yes it can be treated medically. Not sure traditionally. My opinion. I wish you well 1 Like |

Good day to every mama and papa. Please , what can I do to start ovulating? I thought my fibriods was responsible, but even after removing it , still having same problem. I still can't find ovulating sign , I mean the whitish thick stuff or is there other ways to ovulating? Thanks all, as I await your response. |

giftfromGod:You mustn't see the whitish discharge to know that you are ovulating. Pls go to a big pharmacy and buy ovulation kit. It is used for tracking ovulation. 1 Like |

giftfromGod:Fibroids doesn't affect ovulation. It can affect conception if the location blocks sperm from meeting with the egg in the uterus not stop you from ovulating. -Download an ovulation tracker app and input your details. Flo is very good -Take your supplements to improve egg quality -Exercise and eat healthy and drink lots of water -The ovulation tracking app gives you an idea of when you'd ovulate and a fertile window. -BD every other day before, during and after your fertile window but don't stress too much. -Use water based lubricant when you BD. KY jelly or Preseed -Dont get up from the bed after BD, just prop a pillow under your butt and sleep off. -Your husband should also do a lifestyle change. Eat healthy, exercise, take supplements for men The month I took in I didn't see egg white CM even though I see it sometimes in previous months *Modified* Please don't take the Nigerian folic acid (5mg) if you have fibroids, they make them grow. 5 Likes |
