Thank God Corona virus is gradually responding to law of gravity....whatsoever goes up must come down...

very soon, we will overcome..my prayer goes to those in various isolation centres, those who have lost their loved ones to this deadly virus and to those that lost their job.

All will be well

We are still undertesting. Mauritius today are covid19 freed. They had 332 cases. Discharged 322 and recorded 10 deaths. But they performed 69,773 tests. We need to conduct more tests.

Rivers ten cases? Upon all wike's gra gra and illegal and tyrannical misdemeanor this week? What a waste. Rivers should prepare for another despotic lockdown

Someone should pls inform NCDC that the purpose of their inflated figures every 11:30pm which is basically to spread panic has been defeated. We're no longer scared. Corona virus is very much present in Nigeria but these figures are inflated..
I still think that the REAL confirmed cases of Covid 19 in Nigeria are not up to 700..

Now some people will come saying that this cases are actually undereported cos of low testing capacity but how many people have dropped dead in your areas?

And some people will say what about mysterious deaths in the North and I'll say did anyone conduct autopsy to confirm that it's Covid 19 that killed them all? Or have people not been dying mysteriously before the coming of Covid? Isn't it funny that all deaths in Nigeria are now attributed to Covid 19?

I believe we will overcome this soon. Let's try on our own part to mitigate the spread, reduce the death rate and we will soon go back to our normal lives.

My dear this Covid 19 revealed a lot about Nigeria.

-Poor planning
-Above the law cathel
-Corruption at every opportunity
-Discrimination as seen in palliative sharing
-Politics when they need not to
-Poor infrastructure
-Deception of highest order

10 cases in Rivers chai undecided

I seriously doubt the infection rate is reducing, in fact, I think it's increasing. How can we contain this virus doing 900 tests *PER DAY NATIONWIDE* with people who test positive running away and the proud ignorants saying covid-19 doesn't exist in Nigeria

Some are saying lockdown has failed but they don't understand what the lockdown is supposed to do. It stops the spreading of the virus from person to person and allows testing to detect all the symptomatic cases and their connections, you can't just put the country on lockdown and expect 0 cases the next day, it doesn't work like that for a virus that infects people for weeks before losing to the immune system or killing the person. Italy has been in lockdown for 3 months now and they're getting over 1000 new cases daily, down from the 4000-5000 at the peak of their outbreak but they've nearly tripled their testing capacity now compared to that time so their percentage of positive tests is significantly lower and that's what matters the most. Rather be in a country getting 1000 positive cases from 50000 tests than 200 cases from 1000 tests.
