I agree. I kind of like the ighalo fit and I think he’ll do very well.

Do we even need to be hunting for a Striker?! We've got a Gem in Greenwood, I understand OGS doesn't want him ending up like Januzaj, but he truly deserves some shots next Season for God's sake.

The Lad deserves to play more. We've got Martial, hopefully he's gonna stay fit onwards, Rashford is back also and can play the Position.

So technically we've got 3 solid Strikers in Martial, Rashford and Greenwood - thus why do we need to spend again on the Position?!

All we need is getting at least two solid RWs in my Opinion. Other Positions are covered to some extent, bar Injuries.

Greenwood is the only CF in this team if we are being honest. Martial and Rashford can do a job there, that's just it. Rashford in particular should be allowed to hone his prowess in his current position. That's his position.
All three have similar low points when it comes to hold up play. Greenwood may develop that trait though I can't bet on it.
The Dembele in the rumor mill have same deficiency from what I've observed via his clips, so that'd be a waste of money to me.

I reckon Ighalo should be given two years to act as foil for Martial in games that require mixing it up, while Greenwood continues his progression; and thereafter Greenwood should get the baton permanently.
