first of all am a graduate of political science .
many people believe that Nigeria is damaged beyond repair, I must say it is not a proven fact so it can't stand, Nigeria still has the potential to become a great nation if we consider this my plan .
1 - group Nigeria by 6 region North East North Central North West South East South West and South South, with each region having it own capital.
2. this region will become semi sovereign state ,such as they will be able to do laws ,such as laws on immigration, type of economy they want ,type of security they want ,education religion .
3- apart from DSS which will be fully dependent on itself, other ministries will be handed over to each region to run it how they feel like is best for them.
4 each region will have it own the INEC and conduct election by itself,
5 there will be 6 president or head of state representing each region with each having the same power one will represent the country Internationally with one term and next region takes over that is if South West represent Nigeria internationally in 2020 another region either South East North West etc will represent 2021 and any decision will be made by six region head of state even international decision ,so no one is above each other.
5 each region will have it won national assembly ,so if North East want to have 600 members they are free ,if South South want to pay there house member 100 million salary that's there problem ,
6 - there will be two militaries ,namely regional military and country military regional military will be control by the region while country military will be control by the 6 head of state
7- there will be an agreement signed that no region will fight any other region for the next 30 years even if there is disagreement they will have to find a way to solve the problem without fighting each other ,as such any region that becomes tyranny in nature will be warn by other regions ,and when they refuse to adhere to the warning vote of no confidence will be carried out by other region national assembly, that's when the country military will step in to maintain peace or quench the tyranny regime, remember the country military will be more advance well armed and well trained.
8- like the six head if State there will be 6 supreme Court one in each region none being superior over the other,

it wont work, that is just like dividing the country into six countries.
