Alaska90: Less than 3% have $1 million in their retirement savings account after working for about 40 years and then retire at 65 years. In fact most can't afford to retire, they will work till they die 3 Likes 1 Share |

ahiboilandgas: He is indeed a rear breed. I respected him more when I saw his factory in Cameroon. He broke the age long french cement monopoly in Duoula. He built a towering factory right in front of the French cement company on the Duoula jetty. You will have a sense of pride when you see the number of people that troupe out daily wearing their work T-Shirt saying "Dangote". Funny thing, I was there doing work for French interest. I have no doubt he will complete the refinery and change the business like we have never seen. 7 Likes |

Wiseoldman:Exactly, you know your stuff. His factory just immediately after that wouri bridge, him lying on one side and French owned cimencam monopoly on the other side of the river. His breaking in to that market gave other manufacturers courage to come on board. I hear they now have 3 producers(dangote, cimencam, medcem) there now and a fourth on the way(G power). The only thing I wonder now is why their presence there didn't affect cement pricing over there. It still stayed the same like in the last decade. This I have not been able to understand,so much competition for such a little market yet no one even attempt to drop price. How? 7 Likes |

OgogoroFreak: The tech companies in Nigeria are not making money because they don't have the right solution for the existed markets. Like I said before you can make big money anywhere you are in the world especially in digital sector If I am lying check out the story of Patrick Collision on Google He created his company and solution in Ireland and there was no money to sponsor him and his brothers Then Silicon valley found out about his solution and they came for him and took him away to US Today the he is worth more than $3 billion My argument is on salary vs business In business you can make big money anywhere in the world depending on the solution you are providing But not so with earning Salary 6 Likes |

Alaska90:He asked how many tech companies in Nigeria are making money, you are mentioning Ireland. Do you know they are many limitations to making money in the tech industry from Nigeria! Nigeria is blacklisted by many tech companies so anyone who really wants to make it big in tech really has to relocate to a friendly country |
