I don't think Arsenal Milan Roma or Everton will be better for him or would even be an upgrade on his current position in Leipzig. Its probably a lateral move or a downgrade in many cases

In Leipzig he is able to face CL opposition and recently crushed Spurs, The others are not even guaranteed of making CL football, while Naggelsman is in the CL quarters.
Some of their organization is pure chaos and zero organization. AC Milan, for example, have gone through almost 10 coaches since Allegri left 6yrs ago. Milan have no transfer plan, no focused playing pattern and some times they are not even sure the club would be a going concern. Lack of funds is making Milan just pick almost the leftover players in the market

Some of these clubs you mentioned just have expectations without the structures needed to succeed, That is what a club like Man Utd discovered and are trying to correct

If its possible, I would have thought a club like Dortmund, Atletico, Napoli or Chelsea would be the ideal place for him. A club that is relatively stable, have the finances and structures to be a regular CL qualifier but not necesarily the Madrid Barca Bayern or Juve tier

Haha.. I have been following the kid closely since he joined Monchengladbach last year. He definitely has the pace as seen today again and the trickery to go past defenders but there is confusion about where he fits best.
Should he continue to play on the wings or as a Striker? He has been successful whenever he played alongside another striker in a 2 forward formation. I hope he continues to develop.

I am at a point that I wish they relegate like Hamburg and co. This is what is wrong with all those supposed big clubs in Germany. They continue recycling useless coaches. Schalke has enough money to steadily be a consistent top 4 side, their academy is one of the best in Europe they have money from Gazprom yet they play some of the most soul crushing football ever seen

See the type of coaches they employ self, their current coach David Wagner was the one who just relegated a team

Why can't they get a coach to drill attacking football into them. At worst get Van Gaal for 2 seasons
