Originalsly: Let them start giving printed result to patients. Abi is it not the same test kits that were found to show positive test results in samples from goat and pawpaw (in Tazania). Did Nigeria officials even did quality control test on those test kits? Oh, I forgot that it only require president Magifuli of Tanzania, a PhD holder, order before the QC was done. In fact he designed the QC method himself using his chemistry degree knowledge. 1 Like |

ajl: When did WHO ever condemn it? They only asked for clinical tests which is normal regardless of where the drugs came from. If USA or China bring out a drug today without going through the necessary clinical tests WHO will still not approve it. Or do u think there are not many drugs currently going through clinical tests? But they will not get approved until after the normal clinical tests. For ur info, I have 2 people that tested positive to covid-19 in the US. They were not admitted, they were only asked to isolate themselves at home and call if their situation gets worse. But both of them recovered without any special medicines. If that was in Nigeria people will say they only had Malaria. In fact many people with covid-19 recover from home as most cases are mild cases. It is only the few serious cases that is causing problems. Now tell me if those 2 people were given some herbs and recovered people will say it's the herbs that cured them. The problem we have in this part of the world is we are looking for miracle drugs regardless of clinical trials. It doesn't work like that. Most of the people in our isolation centers are not sick (yes u can test positive to covid-19 and not get sick). Normally they were supposed to be asked to stay at home and isolate themselves, no need to take them to isolation centers. But Nigerians are never disciplined. An average Nigerian will see a red traffic light and still drive through it if there's no officials watching to enforce it. They will see traffic and still follow one way unless there are enforcers. Is it these same people u will ask to isolate themselves. Abba kyari (RIP) came back from abroad with the virus and didn't isolate himself. Abubakar's son the same. So I won't blame ncdc for taking everyone (even those that don't show symptoms) to the isolation center because Nigerians are not just disciplined enough. 4 Likes |

EmmyDJourno:I don't agree with you!! it is more honourable for a man to realise his wrong and apologize!! what you wrote here is the reason for man inhumanity to man because some persons will arrogantly refuse to humble themselves and apologize even when they are doing great harm to others! A good example is our leaders today who will say or do whatever they like to us without apology!! I thus don't see anything wrong with a man being humble anough to apologize to people knowing that their words or actions have hurt some persons!! |

geezynoni:Get the point straight, I'm not saying there is no covid-19 in this nation, but its cases is over reported with about 80% been malaria cases... Yes because we chose to crumble our economy, Most states went on lockdown even without detecting any cases e.g Anambra, Delta, Imo etc what do u expect to happen to our Economy? The gov't shutdown Lagos, Abuja, Ogun when it detected about 50cases or so, now it's over 5k cases and still counting, they are easing the lockdown... In this Country it's either CoronaVirus has been politicize or is a scam, or a means of embezzlement nothing more.... Hunger and our security forces has killed more people than the virus itself... The earlier you realize NCDC is cashing out massively with this scheme, the better for you and everyone, The covid-19 provided a swift way of embezzlement without trace, hope you saw the tenth Yahaya Bello built with #7Billion for covid-19 patients that was carried away by ordinary wind oO, now he has collected his share of sinzu money and refused NCDC entry into his state to cash out as well... Bro things are happening, but your type is been blindfolded by fear of the unknown been instigated by NCDC |

domino4211:I believe you're sick in the brain. What's the value added tax (VAT) that Nigerians pay through NEPA, banks and other services called? The FG even shared VAT recently as part of the April federal allocation to states. Besides, since you want to disparage churches, tell me how many Muslims pay tax, yet the palliatives were first distributed to the North? It's even Christians that pay tax mainly. |

geezynoni:Those countries ain't playing politics with the virus,But here the more the cases, the more money they receive from WHO to tackle the pandemic, like you don't follow up news, perhaps u may have noticed our cases started to escalate the moment Nigeria was omitted among African countries that will benefits $147m from WorldBank to tackle the virus, we had less than 20cases then (in fact Nigeria has to beg WorldBank to consider them as if WorldBank is doing giveaway for nothing).... Bro ehh if the Original undiluted coronaVirus hit this country, government won't even need to lockdown the nation, everybody go enter house willingly... |
