Let's check their stats, man. Each players best season...

Ejuke attempts the most shots per game, an attack minded player.

Ejuke is fouled far more than any of the three, allowing free kick specialists chances to score and also annoying opponents to be rash.

Ejuke dribbles way better than any of the three, meaning he is a suitable player against defensive teams and also one who draws opponents to himself, freeing his teammates. He is 10th best in the whole of Europe. The best in Eredivise

Ejuke is the most creative of the three.

Ejuke has one of the best pass accuracy in the Eredivise, way ahead of the other 2.

Ejuke is the best player in his team. Simon 15th best.

Ejuke has 4 MOTM. Kalu had 2 last season. Simon just 1.

Simon has been involved in more of his team goals. 10/28

Ejuke is a beast in away games, closely Simon. Kalu not too good.

Ejuke shines against big teams, also Kalu. Simon often disappears in matches.

All stats from Whoscored.

Hope you remember Simon & Kalu are not in the same league with Ejuke. Quality of league & opponents differs. Ejuke will struggle in the french league. His speed would be matched & subdued. The league is very physical. And there is no basis for comparison with Mbappe at Monaco. Mbappe was by far technically & tactically savvy. Ejuke had a purple patch in the just concluded season. Check his stats at former club & compare. He's good no doubt.

''Ejuke dribbles way better than any of the three, meaning he is a suitable player against defensive teams and also one who draws opponents to himself, freeing his teammates''

He gets selfish mostly in the box. He doesn't look out for the free teammates.

Sports Ministry Wants Former Tottenham Boss As Eagles Coach

By Ibrahim Taiwo , The Nigerian Voice Sports
Listen to article
Amidst the uncertainty surrounding the contract renewal of Gernot Rohr, top officials of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development has identified former Tottenham Hotspurs manager, Harry Redknapp, to take over from Gernot Rohr.
Sports Minister, Mr Sunday Dare in a video made available to newsmen revealed that he wanted a competent manager to handle the Super Eagles whether it is Rohr or not.

Dare said, “All I want is a coach that is competent, I don’t care whether it is Rohr or not. The name doesn’t matter, but does he have the credentials?
“Look at our footballers, they play in some of the best clubs in the world and are coached by some of the best coaches.

“So if you want to coach a Nigerian team, you better be sound because the invited players that are going to represent the country train under the best coaches, therefore, we don’t want a player that is sounder than the coach.”

However, the NFF Executive Committee in a meeting held via video conferencing on Thursday, mandated its General Secretary Mohammed Sanusi, to liaise with the Super Eagles’ coach, Gernot Rohr, with a view to putting to rest all matters around his contract within the next seven days.

But according to a top football stakeholder, who spoke on condition of anonymity to the Punch, he revealed that even though Rohr was about sealing a new deal with the NFF, the ministry was looking at Redknapp taking over as coach of the Eagles in the coming days.

His words “He (Rohr) is expected to get another contract offer from the NFF as there are other likely conditions included in the deal to be sent to him today (Monday),”

“But if he (Rohr) doesn’t accept the new offer, it will pave the way for the ministry’s preferred candidate Redknapp; he is highly rated by the ministry officials, even though some feel he may be too old for the Eagles job and hasn’t had a coaching job for about three years.”

Redknapp, 73, last managed at Birmingham City in 2017 but was sacked after five straight league defeats, which left the Blues second bottom in the English Championship table.

Exclusive – ” My Mind Is Not On Playing For Nigeria Now “- Ebere Eze Tells Rohr

QPR midfielder Ebere Eze has played down the chances of switching allegiance to Nigeria in the immediate as he is focused on his career with his clubside and also the youth team of England, Owngoalnigeria.com reports.
The midfielder trained with the Super Eagles in 2017 but he has since represented England at U21 level and even though he met with the president of the NFF in London few months ago, he still hasn’t decided on Nigeria.

In an exclusive interview aired on YouTube on the Podcast the Beautiful Game. The 22 year old who is having one of his best season with QPR where he has emerged as a prime target for teams in the English Premier League revealed his plans in the immediate regarding his international future.
Ask by a keen follower of Nigerian football @Nigerianscamsss on if he will consider a switch to Nigeria owing to his form, Eze revealed he has met with the handlers of the Nigerian team and told them he want to maintain his current international status for the time being.

”Yes of course and that’s why I don’t want to make any decision on my international future until it’s time I think it’s right. I don’t want to make a rash decision as much as it is a privilege to play for either country. It will be a great honor to play for both”, he responded when asked if he will consider playing for Nigeria.

He however poured cold water on any immediate plan when probed further ” To be honest I spoke with the Nigerian football people but they understand where I am at. I’m just enjoying my football right now, I don’t want any added pressure until my mindset is settled.

” I don’t want to be focused on the wrong thing, I just want to focus on what has got me to this position and continue doing it and wherever it takes me, it takes me”, he concluded.

Please stop toying with our minds. Tomorrow your cousin will tell us you never said this, that you will definitely play for Nigeria

I also feel they want Redknapp because he will be able to convince those English born guys to play for Nigeria.

Mbappe at Monaco was good....he had better records there than what Ejuke have presently at Heerenveen.

Let the facts speak again.

This is the season Monaco won the league.
Mbappe had a fantastic season, but this season was relative to the quality of the team.

Mbappe was involved in 23 of his team's 107 goals. 21.5%
Ejuke is involved in 13 of his team's 41 goals. 31.7%.

Mbappe had a rating of 7.22. 11th best in Monaco.
Ejuke is 7.4. Best in Heerenveen. Best LW in the eredivise.

Ejuke betters him in lots of stats but let's not take anything from the wonderkid.

Very true, the Eredivise lacks the quality of the French Ligue. Your quality in the league might not show, but it MUST reflect in your team.

Ejuke is the best player in his team. But Moses Simon is not even in the best 11, but 15th. The FIFTEENTH best player in a team of 24 players. I can't judge Kalu because he hasn't done very well even in his best season.

You might begin to ask "Is ratings really that important?". Let's look at the current hottest player in the SE, Victor Osimhen, if he is doing so well in the national team how does he fare in his team? Well, according to ratings, Osimhen is the best player in Lille, this explains his national form.

And talking about being selfish, well let's check key passes. A key pass is a pass that leads to a shot. If I hit a shot, the pass I received is called a key pass. Ejuke has 1.6 KP per game, while Simon 1.4. This means Ejuke makes more passes to players in shooting positions than Simon. Also Ejuke averages more passes than Simon 29 to 23.

Stop shifting the goal post.

Forget about percentage of goals and focus on the number of goals and assists.

It's by percentage you know how important a player is to his team. Also some players score when the team is leading other goals give valuable points. These are important goals.

Since Haaland's debut, Dortmund have scored 31 goals, Haaland has been involved 12, 38.7%. That's very high.

I'm not saying Ejuke is better than these players, but he is more important. A player who can be explosive for attacking things, a player to unlock tight defences and a player to frustrate. Wilfred Zaha or Eden Hazard.
