It is but it smells when you cook it but we don't mind, do we? Goat meat smells too at the beginning. The way I prepare it is to cook it, then to season it in egg with salt and then in breadcrumbs (alternatively flour) and to fry it in not too much vegetable oil. You can deep-fry it too.

Yes, those are made from cauliflower.
I call cauliflower the older sister of broccoli. LOL Don't ask me why. But cauliflower is more sweetish, mildly though. If you cook it too long it will fall apart and become bitter.

Cook your cauliflower till it is soft but not too soft. Let it cool down. Mix 1-2 eggs with some salt. Then bread the cauliflower in breadcrumbs or alternatively flour and fry it.
