Hello please I have a question: can Wes evaluate statement of result of OND and HND or must it be the certificate?

You don't need to send the certificate

Hello everyone. I found this info on BC IELTS website and so needed clarification from those who have applied and/or submitted their application profile on IRCC website. How will I get the proof of my application from CIC so that BC can give me 2 copies of my result and maybe send it on my behalf....?. However, how is this whole thing done? How is it processed? Are we to send our result to IRCC personally or BC would now be the institution to do that based on that info on the picture?

While you await responses do check page 1. There are links to ECA guides for nurses.

You don't worry your head about that. The info has always been like that. You just get the 1 copy and scan alongside the other documents post-ITA like ednut1 said.

House, please question. I recently got refused for my pr application but yesterday i submitted updated reference letter and that stuff and a letter requesting reconsideration. Obviously, that is a long shot so I am trying to jump back in the pool since my CRS is still quite ok at 479. Now, my current passport expires in July 2020. I already went to get the processing started but my question is to get in the pool, can I use a passport with less than 6 months to expiration or should i just wait for the new passport. Trying not to waste time since I spent exactly 9 months post AOR on the other application. Thanks!

You can be in the pool with a month-validity passport and can do so post ITA but you just have to do a new one and update them or do it and wait for IRCC to ask you for it.

Try to be back in the pool with that 479. I believe it is well calculated. And recheck all other documents for validity, conformity and stuff.

The issue now is when will a FSW draw be?

Hey guys,

I recently got my LLB evaluated by CES, will like to know if there is a lot of points difference if I decide to do a reevaluation with IQAS.

ICES took 2m+ to evaluate the degree
7 points. What did ICES evaluate your LLB as?

Hello all, kind advise is required here. I got an ADR to submit updated bank letters by Wednesday next week. I have applied to the banks already and it takes a fews day for the bank(s), more than 1 bank, to execute. Unfortunately, Monday and Tuesday has been declared as public holidays and I am a bit worried of not getting the required letter before my deadline

Thank you.

ICES evaluated it as a Bachelor's degree. Is it worth it to pay for a fresh evaluation?

Thanks! I'd probably just wait for my new passport, should get it first week in June. As for when FSW draw will be, well who knows? I will enter the pool and be hopeful on a draw as well as re-opening of my old application.

Do you mind sharing your AOR pls? Did they provide you with procedural fairness letter before rejecting your application?

If you have an evidence to show that you've applied to the banks for the ref letters, you can raise a CSE, attach the evidence and any form of document (newspaper scan, internet link or related) confirming that Mon & Tues are public holidays in Nigeria. Request for more time to be able to process the letters.

If you have no any form of evidence that you've applied, still go ahead and raise CSE. It is better than not doing anything.

Do you have any idea why they requested for a new bank letter?

Wishing you all the best

Thanks for ur response.. I believe it was cause my initial submission wasn’t coherent. I had funds in 2 banks and also had a 3rd account. Then part of it was a gift and I didn’t attach a gift deed. I also converted some of my funds to usd at some point and informed them after submission using a CSe, when the Naira crashed

AOR is Aug 21, no letter, just straight reject after exactly 9 months. Wish it at least came at 5 months or 6 or 4 but well...

Wow!!! So sad.

Hopefully they reopen your application. You may want to read this IRCC page on procedural fairness.

It shall be well with you dear.

You may want to add a letter of explanation. In the letter, you will be able to state the amount in each account and what the total amount is as your POF. Make it very simple (best if it is a single page letter)

If you are in Nigeria, you can get your statement within minutes of walking into the banking hall. Except for the long waiting time now. Even at that, you can achieve getting them from the 3 banks same day if you set out early.

Go to IRCC site and read. Don't rely on what someone said to you. Anyway, Nursing is not deemed a professional degree by IRCC. Then go to page 1 and see what guys with your qualification did. It appears ICES or IQAS has the answer-two or more diploma, certificate or degree. Go figure!

Hello all

Please has anyone written IELTS anytime in the past 1 or 2 weeks. If so, where and when?

I am just trying to confirm whether the exams are still holding for now as my booking for next week was cancelled
