Bros this is clearly an innocent mistake. You meant well. Sad that things went south before your relationship took a proper hold.
That said, keep trying to patch things up with her, admit that you were wrong not to trust her, and remind her that the bank misled you.
She'll come around eventually, but she might need time.
She's probably very disappointed and angry right now, and she has every right to be.

l had a similar experience with a network provider,they can reverse the money back to the original source without your concept

When my relationship was in the baby stage we had something similar, the money hanged for almost a week and got reversed the following week.
