The description did not mention the LTE bands to be sure. There is nothing you can do since the phone is in transit. If it turned out to be chinese version, you can either return the phone when it lands or use it like that. Always read the description page before any purchase.

Redmi 10X series is China exclusive. For now Jumia only sell phones that have been released globally. Don't trouble yourself with names for phones not meant for your region.

As for Mi Note 10 series and Mi 10 series they are separate lines of smartphone.

Old users of Xiaomi know about the Mi Note series before they were sidelined and brought back last year.

I've told you what to do but you didn't. Call their care center or send a mail to them and they'll send your tracking number to your mail. If you no do that one, you can never get the tracking number.

Done that like 2 weeks ago and they didn't send any tracking number but referred me back to their tracking page which hasn't work in this case.

Call them again bro. That's the only way to get it. Just tell them you want your tracking number and not order number. That the one sent to you is the order number.
