Amoj4682: Hello, please is it BC IELTS you're writing on the 13th or MOD IELTS. If so, did you reschedule or you just registered. Moreso, is it paper based or computer based. Thanks for your response. |

Please I have Bsc materials engineering, while my wife just concluded her masters in computer engineering. We both applying for EE, but she just got her masters and dosent have much experience after getting this qualification. Can she be my principal applicant? secondly, when she wants to do her evaluation, is it her masters degree that's going to be evaluated? thank you for your advise. |

quote author=Exmay02 post=89979766] No[/quote] But I saw this on the first page ayusco85: Please I need to make a decision btw ICES, IQAS and WES? Pls the experienced ones shld advice which one is better, cheaper and faster. Hope I got the acronym correct. ECA is becoming a big issue with the addition of WAEC/NECO for Nigerian certificates by WES, so it's important to understand the pros and cons of WES, ICES & IQAS. WES vs ICES vs IQAS WES evaluates WAEC/NECO before degree certs issued by Nigerian institutions can be evaluated while ICES & IQAS dont require such. WES verifies your transcript/WAEC/NECO by sending mail or email to your school that sent them the transcript and wait for your school to respond before evaluation is completed while ICES & IQAS require ONLY your school to send your transcript and no verification is required. WES requires your school to send your transcript by post/courier while ICES requires your transcript to be sent by post/courier or via official email of your school and IQAS demands for your transcript to be sent by post. WES charges $200 for all documents submitted plus additional $7 for standard delivery or $85 intl & $25 for local; ICES charges $200 per document and additional $75 for intl delivery or $26 for local; while IQAS charges $200 for all documents submitted plus $15 & $75 for local and intl deliveries respectively. WES minimum processing time is 20 business days when all documents are recieved and verification email replied; ICES is 10 weeks (some got their ECA report within 4-5 weeks) and IQAS is 12 weeks. WES & IQAS send soft & hard copies of the evaluated document while ICES sends only hard copy with a charge of $75 for intl delivery & $26 for local. NOTE WES favours OND/HND certs & evaluates it as 2 or more certs. It also favours nurses with BSc cert. WES doesnt favour LLB but favours LLM cert. IQAS favours both LLB & LLM certs & nurses without BSc. (Quote) ( 1 Like |

sirtony5: Out of your 4 degrees/options.... Evaluate your BSc and HND to get 2 or more degrees, as you can't get more than that, but its better if you can go for your masters to increase your points/chance. Based on your age, its better to maximize your IELTS score, for better chance... That's Listening 8.5, Reading 8, Writing 7.5, Speaking 7.5. In addition, if you get married to a brilliant young lady under 30 years of age, with masters and ready to blast IELTS. Go and stimulate your CRS score to know where you stand first |

Good day people. Please can someone explain 1 year continuous work experience. I've been working and along the line left for 1 year for masters after which I came back to my previous job. I did not resign and I wasn't paid during that period. Does the continuous work experience include the times prior masters? Or does it mean complete years of working without any break within one year? Thanks in advance |

Exmay02: But that's what I just said sir...background checks... If the marriage is very young (2-3mnths)and without kids, perhaps just court and as he said parents aren't even involved and they aren't convinced or can't pin point pictures for verification via social media then definitely they would be asked to come to accra for interview with more evidence to prove the legitimacy of their marriage...alot of people are getting married to boost point these days and go ahead to divorce when they get there. About them finding you on social media....there is a reason why you did biometrics...all they need to do is run a face scan on the web...if someone wants to find you in this day and age it's extremely easy 2 Likes |

Good afternoon. Please I decided on ICES for my ECA evaluation and need your kind assistance with information on the application type used and most importantly how you made payment for the evaluation. ICES only accepts credit card for the online application. I would like to know if it's possible to use someone else's own or must the card be in my name? For the paper route it is stated that payment must accompany the application package. Please I need clarification before proceeding to avoid any mistakes as you cannot open more than one profile with them. Thank you very much |

mzkomsy:for a new marriage all you need is to provide evidence of relationships e.g chats, call log, old pictures when the relationship started. Parents are not required to be in the picture as not all parents support a marriage. accra interview is now rare self. And its not required to post on social media too but it helps when the officer has doubts. 2 Likes |

ednut1: That's what am explaining...its a boost of confidence to avoid further probing or even interview... it's not compulsory or required standard but is an added advantage after all it won't cost anything to do... |
