The may be unproven to you on the outside but not too the coaching staff on the inside.

So to you they may not be an equation but they definitely are, l can assure you. Among those academy boys are several who are out on loan.

In football clubs in the EPL and even on lower leagues l see regular strong contention between recruitment and the academy. You ignore it at your peril.

You can never trust a French club, one minute they are giants, next minute they are fighting to survive. Osimhen should move, but, not to Naples

This will not be your first rodeo as far as lies and half-truths go, so, there is no point engaging you on something others have called you out on. You are so predictable, people even know you will deny before you deny.

You have not been paying attention man. I have stated emphatically that I don't think he's technically good enough. grin, and i don't trust any of our local coaches now. NFF should work on putting a structure in place to enable some of our local coaches to get adequate training.

I think Lille will keep a majority of their key names. They also lost Pepe and Rafael Leao last summer and brought in Osimhen, Yazici etc while keeping Ikone, Bamba et al. Lille have a good recruitment system especially with a guy with Campos pulling the strings.

It is not a bad idea to stay in Lille one more season if he feels a move should not happen now. I see him consolidating even far greatly on a first season in a top 5 league from the 19/20 campaign. But also, I see nothing bad in a move now to a Napoli side that can also set him up for a much bigger move later into the future.

Both are good options to me but one is my first choice and the other my second. But that's me speaking personally. Eventually, Osimhen will make his choice. Time will tell.

Danielnino00:

I don't think it would be a good idea for him to remain at Lille for another season.. French clubs aren't that consistent..
What if Lille sell some of their key players and it affects their performance next season ? It would affect Osimhen too..

It's better he leaves now if the right offer comes through....

Forget the Chuks matter and look at things in general. How many times have we seen a small boy come from nowhere and seize jersey from old man.

In my opinion Chelsea have the best academy in the EPL.

Add to that Chelsea can buy you for millions and still leave you rot on the bench. This is a reality in Chelsea we have seen play out several times.

Chukwueze has been benched at his club Villareal quite often and you think he cannot be benched at Chelsea.

Chukwueze is not better than Willian and Pulisic and he will be competing with the club's favourite Hudson.

In all honesty l don't think Chelsea is that interested in him. So all this talk is just speculation.

Meanwhile watching Borrussia just flog Paderborn 6-1.

Jadon Sancho scored a hat trick, he is probably close to 20 goals in the Bundesliga this season already playing from the Wing and he is still only 20.

Collins played and was yellow carded.

Samuel Chukwueze needs to start scoring goals.
That's the only attribute he lacks for me.
A winger is also expected to score goals

Did you see my argument with nerdy yesterday ?

I said pulisic is better then Chuks and even Willian ,but not those academy boys

I don’t know how true is the Chelsea news ,but if he happens to join them then he will get some game time

Trust me Chuks is better than Hudson odoi at least

Chelsea is not man city and Liverpool that Chuks won’t get game time ,he will even have more opportunity at Chelsea than arsenal or spurs

I will still defend the goal part of Chuks

Chuks is still 21 so maybe he might improve on the goals

Even Willian as a winger and attacking midfielder his goals rate are poor

How many goals ousmane dembele Dey score ?

This is the BIG QUESTION.

Hit it big now with ££££ on the bank or hit it big speculatively in the future, which is not exactly certain.

It's a difficult decision.

making the decision under the influence of just the pecuniary benefits and not career progression would only make it possible for them to get little compared to what they're truly worth

I have some info about the Ariyo Igbayilola dude who is presented as Osimhen's agent in most media outlets. I understand the true agent is actually Jean Gerard Benoit, a Spanish agent with no ties to Ariyo it seems. It was also established that Ariyo do not speak for Osimhen at all so it seems every info we have initially quoted or heard with links to Ariyo may be false or contain elements of half truths.
Below, in this post, the Lille Club president confirms there are multiple offers and just yesterday I came in contact with a member of Osimhen's camp who also confirmed there are various offers for the lad. This is very unlike news posts linked to Ariyo who claimed Napoli are the only truly interested party with offer for Osimhen.
Wish I could say more but I cannot say more than I have but more info will follow as permitted to share and as unravelled. Some things still have to be confirmed and I told this Osimhen camp rep to use the media to disprove Ariyo's stance as Osimhen's rep agent with proof too so that Nigerians and many other media outlets will be misled no more. With time, I hope that'll be done.

Victor Osimhen transfer update

Gerard Lopez, Lille Club owner and president to Daily Mail UK:

"There are multiple offers,"

"We turned down one English and one Spanish offer this January transfer window.

"There is a wide array [this summer] and I wouldn't want to give the names of the clubs who are bidding but what I can tell you is that there are multiple [offers]. There are three championships that have clubs that have bid for him."

"I am not being a sales guy because last year people didn't believe that we had the offers we had with [Nicolas] Pepe and it turns out we had multiple of them,"

"Let me tell you with Osimhen, it is the same thing, whatever number you heard, the high number I have read is very much on the money of the offers that we have received. That's where we are."

EFL confirm plans for Championship to return on June 20

England's second-tier competition was able to make the announcement after the UK Government permitted the return of competitive sport

The EFL has announced provisional plans for the Championship to restart behind closed doors on June 20, more than three months after it was shut down because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The resumption is subject to safety and government guidance being adhered to and clubs receiving clearance from their local authorities to host matches at their home stadiums. The United Kingdom government has permitted the return of competitive sport behind closed doors from June 1.

There are 108 regular season matches remaining, plus the end-of-season play-offs.

The restart dates mirrors that of the Premier League, which announced plans last week to return with two matches on June 17 before a full round of games on the weekend of June 20-21.

The EFL hope to complete all remaining regular season matches by July 18, with the season-ending play-off final, "on or around" July 30.

“With Championship clubs set to return to full contact training later this week and following Saturday’s Government announcement, we are edging closer towards resuming the 2019/20 EFL season," EFL chairman Rick Parry said in a statement.

"We have therefore today consulted with the board’s Championship directors and agreed to fixtures restarting behind closed doors on 20 June.

“Whilst matches will unfortunately have to take place without supporters, we are working with our broadcast partners, EFL Championship clubs and all relevant stakeholders to broadcast the remaining 108 games plus Championship Play-Offs either live on Sky Sports, iFollow or a club’s equivalent streaming service.

“We must stress that at this stage the date is only provisional and will only be confirmed once we have met all the requirements, as the health, safety and well-being of all participants, staff and supporters remains our top priority.

“Clearly completing the season in a safe manner is going to require a significant effort by all concerned and, whilst not unprecedented, it will need clubs to play a significant number of matches over a relatively short period of time.”

Further discussions will take place over the possibility of allowing five substitutes per match and increasing the size of matchday squad from 18 to 20, to help teams handle a packed schedule that will see the remaining nine rounds of matches played over the space of just five weeks.

Derby's 3-0 win over Blackburn on March 8 was the last Championship match to be played before the competition joined most major leagues across Europe in shutting down because of the coronavirus outbreak.

Players resumed training in small groups on Monday, with full contact training set to start from next week.

Players and staff from all 24 clubs will be regularly tested for COVID-19, with the latest round of tests on Friday yielding 10 positive results from eight clubs.

Leeds United were one point clear of West Brom at the top of the table when the league was suspended, with Fulham, Brentford, Nottingham Forest and Preston occupying the play-off positions.
