You sef know it yourselves, that's why when you get stories of innocent females somehow finding themselves alone with a colleague, uncle etc and they get raped you have people asking why she was alone with him. Something as standard as collecting dvd or biscuit from someone's house and you will find all the reasons she was to blame because you are very aware of the risks

So you also have the aspect where an education is important. Make it a compulsory part of their educational curriculum. Issues around gender, sex and all, starting from SSS 1; you have started tackling the issues at the root.
