Comparing RX350 2010 to a Venza is a total disservice to Lexus. They are not mate in whatever area you want to compare both. Lexus is a luxury version of Toyota and it remains so. You need to drive this Lexus to appreciate it more. Talking from an owner"s point

It is also more functional and i do not know the price in Nigeria but it is also much cheaper to buy here in the US. For Nigerian roads, it is raised for a better ground clearance. I would advise the OP to watch the several youtube videos available on comparisons of both cars

Go for RX350. While RX is a fully loaded luxury SUV, Venza is somewhere between SUV and Sedan. RX350 has a higher ground clearance than Venza.

If you are to compare Venza, It should be vs Honda Crosstour, which for me I will choose a Honda Crosstour to a Venza.

Pls compare rx350 2006 model to venza not this 2010 model.why naija too like venza,maybe because the car get road presence.I will pick Lexus anytime anyday to any venza.

1. I really don't understand what peeps here mean by more economical. I have used my Lexus for 2yrs now and for this period i have not spent N1 on this vehicle, except normal servicing. And also it might interest you to know that this model of Lexus has the most fuel economy thanks to her ECO boost feature. I uses same amount of fuel on this vehicle and Honda Accord 2007 to achieve same distance. about 65 litres fuel takes me from Lagos to Anambra.

2. Lexus is an SUV and has a better ground clearance compare to Venza which is a CUV

They are both very similar cars and share quite a number of components- built on the same platform. Engine, suspension and what not.
The venza is "camry wagon" and a family crossover built to be affordable- by American standards of course. Lets not forget safety and efficiency. The interior build quality is just so so with a little less attention paid to detail. The abundant use of plastic might irritate you if you care about that sort of thing. It does have a potent V6 and very efficient 4 cylinder engine.

The RX being a Lexus was built to be very luxurious and generally more refined. Thicker glass, more padding and sound deadening materials, so you're completely isolated from the chaos of the outside world. The RX is plusher, quieter, smoother and mostly definitely more expensive than the venza, not to say that the venza is terrible in anyway.
It all boils down to what you want. I personally like the RX because I think it looks more rounded. The venza looks like an SUV and a wagon at the same time

It's popular on our roads so there won't be shortage of experienced hands that can fix a problem.

Durability is top notch as Toyota uses good quality materials on their Lexus marque

I wouldn't want to resort to a SUV anyway, would prefer a coupe or sport sedans
