Also, I heard somewhere that ICES accepts Transcript photocopy that it does not need to be sent through the school direct. Please how true is this.

Ok, no. It only comes to bear when you are filling your ten years information after you've been invited to apply. There you can fill that you belong to that body. That's just it, in passing, to show what you've been doing in the past 10 years.
All that matter is your engineering certificate BSC/MSC.
Also, when you land in Canada, you will take different steps to become accredited there.

You don't also have statement of result? If you don't have certificate or statement, your application won't be complete. You need either plus transcript.

Go a few steps back on this thread. Someone broke down the Etx step while encouraging people.
Go to ICES website and read up their requirements and how they want or accept it. For example, iqas will tell you boldly that once it's opened, it wont be accepted and it has to be sent by the school. So, a photocopy presupposes that it has been opened, to them.
So, check the website for first hand info while waiting for others to weigh in.

Yes you can and yes it will add to your point as 2 or more degree when combined with a bachelor's degeee. CIPM is evaluated as a 3 year programme (this is if you pass through the exam route though)

Hello Sis/Bro..I don't think you should be considering the time factor here..You are a Lawyer and IQAS would be your best bet cuz the evaluation comes out as a Professional degree while with Wes, it is equivalent to an ordinary Bsc and the points differ..If i were you, I would opt for IQAS..
