Thanks I've taken all sorts, for a while it has been changing, 28, 29, 31,32, pls what should I do or take to increase the progesterone because my gynae said the result is okay but I was not satisfied his response,

i think vit b6 helps.other sabi mamas can confirm how it shud be taken,

baby aspirin 80mg taken from ovu day til bfp or bfn also helps

follicular tracking/tvs is the only way to know for sure you ovulated, start from 3 to 4 days b4 ur usual ovu day...

I have been TTC for a while now, doc asked me to go for HSG and progesterone test which I did and it came out good. Placed me on clomid and Bromergon, for 2 months, later on I started having severe cramps from Cd12 to Cd14. Later on my period became irregular 4 days difference. Following months the cramp increased to almost everyday. Went for scan during my ovulation period, and I was told I had adnexal cyst, rushed to the doc, he said it wasn't a cyst and that what the scan captured was my eggs. I eventually went for a full hormonal profile test, though the doc said I don't need it since my progesterone is okay. Pls Sabi Mamas and papa's can you explain this result for me. Did the test on my day 2 and 21

Hi sis... The lab scientist may be right. Your LH and FSH are high... These two hormones are concerned with ovulation. It is likely you are approaching menopause or may have PCOS.Your progesterone is quite low. It is a pregnancy hormone. It helps one to conceive and maintain pregnancy.
You need to take supplements to boost your egg quality. Pls work with a Fertility Specialist.

Your hormones are out of range. Even prolactin is on high side of normal. You need to work on your hormones. Try Fertilaid or vitex

You didn’t put the range.

Hi sis, your FSH and LH are above the normal range. This entails that you are likely to have poor ovarian reserve. This condition can occur when a woman is close to menopause.
Your prolactin is border-line(meaning it's almost above the normal range). High prolactin may make a woman not to ovulate or experience irregular or missed period.
Your Estradiol is above the normal range. It has a correlation with low ovarian reserve.
Poor/low ovarian reserve means a drastic decrease in the production of eggs.
Lastly, your progesterone is normal.

Hope your fallopian tubes are okay?
Pls work with a Fertility Specialist. The earlier, the better.
Don't panic dear sis, you will conceive this year. I will pray for you.

Sorry sis for your ordeal.... There's nothing difficult for God to do.

If your tubes were really removed as you mentioned, the only way I think you can get pregnant is through IVF as the tubes have to be present for fertilization to occur.

Be hopeful though.... I ve heard testimonies of those that conceived without womb.

The result isn't too bad aside for progesterone which is low for the day 21,it means there was no ovulation in that cycle. Anovulatory cycle. I hope your doc was right.. Which I doubt due to the cramps you are experiencing lately

I will advice you seek a medical attention from another doc or gyn, show them the result or you do another pelvic scan or tvs. So they can compare those results. I believe you have nothing to weep about, you only need a little twist. You will be fine Aje.

We have been trying for 9 months now, we have done HSG, hormonal profile and SFA. The HSG came out okay. Please help me check the hormonal profile and SFA if it is okay, my gynae insisted that there is no problem but he gave me and hubby some drugs but I don't know the name of the drugs.
