We have been trying for 9 months now, we have done HSG, hormonal profile and SFA. The HSG came out okay. Please help me check the hormonal profile and SFA if it is okay, my gynae insisted that there is no problem but he gave me and hubby some drugs but I don't know the name of the drugs.

Hormonal profile

Prolactin: 16.16ng/ml. Ref (4.6-25.07)
FSH: 10.62m/u/ml. Ref (3.0- 12.0)
LH: 6.75m/u/ml. Ref (1.0- 12.0)
Progesterone. 16.39ng/ml. Ref (1.0- 27.0)

SFA

P.H- 8.0
Pus cell- 4-6/ hpf
Epithelial cells: 0-2/hpf
Yeast cell- nil

Viability
Living cells: 55 percent
Dead cells-. 45 percent

Motility
Rapid progressive: 35 percent
Slow progressive: 15 percent
Non- progressive:. 5 percent

Morphology
Normal cells:. 60 percent
Abnormal cells: 40 percent

Total sperm count: 87 million

Please I am open to any suggestions on the way forward.

The hormonal result seems OK, and within range. Try to keep track of your ovulation using Opk or follicular tracking.
On the SFA, I think your hubby needs to boost the sperm motility, at least 50% is needed for fast progressive sperm cells. In all, put everything unto God.

Hi sis, your FSH and LH are above the normal range. This entails that you are likely to have poor ovarian reserve. This condition can occur when a woman is close to menopause.
Your prolactin is border-line(meaning it's almost above the normal range). High prolactin may make a woman not to ovulate or experience irregular or missed period.
Your Estradiol is above the normal range. It has a correlation with low ovarian reserve.
Poor/low ovarian reserve means a drastic decrease in the production of eggs.
Lastly, your progesterone is normal.

Hope your fallopian tubes are okay?
Pls work with a Fertility Specialist. The earlier, the better.
Don't panic dear sis, you will conceive this year. I will pray for you.

I'd suggest you get drug / supplements that contains Alluims. they are very effective in combatting Candida's.

Bilateral nonpatent tubes? Did he say it was due to blockage or anything? Have you tried the enzymes and castor oil massage? Please try and confirm the right infection before treatment. Also add garlic to your diet. If you can chew or cut in pieces and swallow that will help too. You can also do the garlic insert in vjay. Reduce or stop all processed foods especially sugar. If you must use sugar, replace with honey. Candida likes sugar so without eliminating it, you might not have a lasting relief. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits, Unsweetened yoghurt is also very good against candida. Also try to air your vjay whenever you can by wearing cotton pants and sleeping naked at night, it helps

We've been TTC since we got married in Oct 2018. We used to live apart until January this year when I joined DH so I started actively seeing a gynae in my new location.
There is this colleague of DH who is like our family friend. They got married about 5months after us and had a son in January this year.
Since I relocated, they have been trying to talk me into getting herbs from someone whom according to them treated the wife of PID before they got married. I have tried to explain to them that I am working with a gynae and we are actually progressing but they have refused to understand. I even stopped going to their place (using corona virus as an excuse) because the wife would always bring the issue up. The wife has visited twice recently and still brought up the same issue. According to her, I am the one delaying myself cos if I had listened to her since January and requested for the herbs, I would have been pregnant by now. I still tried explaining the progress I have made with my doctor and also told her I wouldn't want to leave the treatment halfway and start all over with another treatment.
Just this afternoon, the husband came to my house and said he needed to talk to me and brought up the same issue, telling me how my husband or in-laws might soon start disturbing me. I reiterated what I told the wife and told him the timeframe that my doc and I were looking at. He then said"okay", that he was gonna comeback when the timeframe elapses. He has also been trying to make my husband see reasons with them.

I honestly do not know how to handle this issue as I wouldn't want to come across as ungrateful. I know they care and wish me well.
I also think they might be feeling awkward since they have a child and I don't but the truth is that I am honestly happy for them. I love their son as I would my nieces or nephews. I understand that they are trying to help but I do not like the way they are going about it.
There is nobody in this world that wants this child for me more than I do.

It’s okay to take the antibiotics he recommended but if there’s no change after you may consider changing doctors.

Tell your dh to talk to them about giving you such pressure. I personally detest that. But I think he’ll be in a better position since they’re his friend. You even have time to explain what you’re doing with your doctor. I never did that. I’ll just tell you we’re waiting on God till the right time. Only our immediate families knew we were visiting hospitals and never friends.

baby aspirin 80mg taken from ovu day til bfp or bfn also helps

follicular tracking/tvs is the only way to know for sure you ovulated, start from 3 to 4 days b4 ur usual ovu day...

Dear All. I and my wife have been TTC. We recently did an IVF recently and to God be the glory she came out Positive. The transfer was done 3weeks ago. 3 embryos were transfered. Today, we went to the hospital for another reason and the hospital because of pending lockdown in the country asked us to do a scan. The scan was actually meant to be in the 4th week but we did it in the 3rd week. The result showed one sack was valid. We were advised to redo the scan on Saturday.
I want to asked, is it possible that the scan was done prematurely and hence the reason for the seeming poor result. Is their a chance that the other embryos would still grow before the next scan.
PS.. I am hopeful.

I remember being on this thread everyday of my life back then in 2018... God, I used to stress a lot about getting pregnant. I and DH were so desperate for a baby that we were open to all options. After trying everything with no result, I all of a sudden stopped caring, stopped bothering, stopped stressing. I was like so what? I don't care, whatever will happen, let it happen whether I have a child or I die without one, I mean I just didn't care anymore. I started living my life again (I had completely forgotten how I used to live before stressing over conceiving). I told God; let Your will be done in my life. 1 month after that all episode of change and declaration, I got pregnant... Now my baby is almost clocking one.
The Bible says non shall be barren in the land (Exodus 23:26)
The Bible also says He makes all things beautiful in His time (Ecclesiastes 3:11)
So stop stressing over conceiving, Let go and let God, He will make it happen

Of course with a patent one tube you can conceive.

Should they overreact, you shouldn't be bothered. You have said what is important to you.

Firstly you should be more concerned about the non patency of your tubes which means that the two tubes are blocked. If at least one is not open you may not be able to conceive naturally but with open tubes and candida you would conceive. Treating candida (yeast infection) is simple compared to unblocking tubes.

Causes of blocked tubes could stem from untreated or prolonged PID, endometriosis or abdominal surgeries.

For unblocking the tubes, doctors do not believe that drugs or herbs can do it. They will cast your mind into doing laparoscopy which costs a lot and has a high risk of adhesion or other complications.

Research on natural ways to unblock tubes. Go through this thread some one gave a testimony two weeks ago of how she unblocked her tubes and got pregnant immediately with serrapeptase, Chinese tea and castor oil massage.

While in TTC journey if you misplace priorities and leave everything in the hands of doctors, IVF may be your only option. Help your self by researching and reading what others did differently for a similar infertility challenge.

This platform has help me and others a lot to be aware of some cues to help fertility. Pls take care and do what you can to be on the right track.

They will only see one dominant sac and others empty at those early scan
