If ur yet to receive ur WAPCO div till now, then visit the nearest CARDINAL STONE REGISTRARS office.(formerly first city registrars)
U do not need to travel to Lagos or stress urself.
Just go with a copy of ur previously filled and certified e-mandate form plus an acknowledgement copy of ur share transfer form duly signed by the CSCS.(u can request ur brokers to send this to u via mail) ...then go with the soft copy.
Once they have ur signature specimen in their database, a request will be made for any related identification pass to verify ur holding pre-mark down date. ...thereafter, ur due funds will be remitted to ur pre-registered bank A/C.

U can find CARDINAL STONE REGISTRARS at the zonal office or any control branch of FCMB in any state u reside.

cc: Note to all who are yet to receive their WAPCO dividend.

So, we should sell abi? Can you kindly tell me why it should head to N11? Can you back you assertion with sound FA? Is Zenith not making profits again? Are they in distress ? Is this just wishful thinking?

My dear, just hold your bank stocks tight.

Looool! Me I don’t want to get into any argument.

But If it goes to said price, I will buy more, but for me to currently sell? I am not in that business. I am a dividend man. That is all there is to it. Continuous cash flow is very important to me and even at this price, Zenith is still a steal! Lol!

NASDAQ just hit a record high. grin grin

The market is liquidity driven.

All markets are responding. So NSE will not be different.

My dear, just hold your bank stocks tight.

Don't sell.

The recent pullback has now brought back the thinking by some investors and analyst alike that the mkt is back to its bearish posture and that prices may well revert back to March 2020 lows (i.e ZENITH and GTB @ N10.70 and <N16.90 respectively)
I laugh when I read such assertions here. wink cheesy grin

The situation will be similar to when the lock down from the pandemic was at the height of it.
Then, 15 men managed to get a COMMUTER BUS carrying ESSENTIALS for a trip from Kogi to Lokoja after several days of waiting.
...but no sooner had they left, 12 of these men decided to alight from the bus on fears that they may be arrested at a nearby police check point.
Well, the other 3 men decided to allow them alight, and thereafter continued with the journey. ...and in NO time, they arrived safely at their destination in Lokoja.

The other 12 men who then had to walk their way from Kogi to Lokoja were the ones now confronted with the very same fears they had. ...they had to pay their way through every single mobile police checkpoint who reminded them that their was actually a LOCKDOWN !!. wink cheesy grin
Even when they managed to get to Lokoja and called the other 3, they were told to come to Asokoro in Abuja were they had gone to deliver some of the ESSENTIALS.
...in the end, it turned out to be a (walking)journey full of regrets.

Symbolic meanings;
The lockdown is the present state of the mkt.
The 15 men are INVESTORS.
The commuter bus with essentials are the VALUABLE ASSETS.
The journey from Kogi to Abuja is the REWARD(ROI in view)
The mopol men are the STOCKBROKERS.
...while the 12 men are a make-up of the 12-later word LEMENTATIONS.

The market "is currently in the act of reproducing the 12 other men".
...then it will seperate the 3 shrewd men from the other 12.(this can happen before anyone can say Jack Robinson !!) wink cheesy grin
TIME will soon set matters straight and put them in their right perspective !!

This should give u an idea of a way to benchmark the current fears from the pandemic to the margin growth potential of banks. ...and whether the fears are indeed exaggerated !!
U only need to apply a bit of 2nd-level thinking.
If they(those banks) could make as much as over N22B from just A/C maintenance in Q1, 2020, then u can only imagine what they'll make as a collective when u factor in other banking earnings channels !!

Like i've stated here in times past, folks should not expect any material drawback in banks earnings, even in Q2.
Yes, NPM(net profit margin) will be strained, but the banks will always find an alternative means of cushioning/reducing the impact level.
Unfortunately, this will often come at a cost to the real sector. ...but of course, good for stakeholders.

Interstate movement may resume June 21st

See bear in the market today, it seen to be premature one, another bull will follow the lifting of the interstate ban on movement, then after that we will witness q2 expected bad result bear. By month of July, then from August bull will be returning gradually.

Guinness may likely go below 15 next month after they publish their financial report.

Not a sell recommendation.

Exactly, I am certain the lockdown had a serious effect on their last quarter...already 9months result wasn't too good.

I will buy Guinness once it gets to N15 and below not now. I have other stocks in mind.
