I can also list all the medals Ghanaians have won in all track and field events but the it is not necessary .

Did you even see the World Athletics Hall of Fame ranking that ranking that i posted?

You can go argue with those facts. grin grin

I tell you outside football - you don't exist - can't even play rugby football? We beat you in nearly all the rest of discipline netball, volleyball, hockey, swimming, cycling, tennis, boxing, name it.

Where kenya struggle - like track and field - we are struggling against WORLD STANDARDS - not African standards.

I doubt if Ghana has ever won Olympic gold in anything.

Yes I checked zero gold, zero silver, just 1 bronze. What can you tell Kenya?

Just on track and field athletes like Julius Yego (Javelin) has won more than all your althetes in 60yrs

Silver medal – second place 2016 Rio de Janeiro Javelin throw
World Championships
Gold medal – first place 2015 Beijing Javelin throw
Commonwealth Games
Gold medal – first place 2014 Glasgow Javelin throw
All-Africa Games
Gold medal – first place 2011 Maputo Javelin throw
African Championships
Gold medal – first place 2012 Porto Novo Javelin throw
Gold medal – first place 2014 Marrakech Javelin throw
Gold medal – first place 2018 Asaba Javelin throw
Bronze medal – third place 2010 Nairobi Javelin throw

Swimming - Jason Dunford.

During his swimming career he was predominantly a butterfly and freestyle sprinter winning gold medals at the Commonwealth Games, Universiade, All-Africa Games and African Championships, and reaching finals at the Olympics, World Championships and Short Course World Championships. He also held African, Universiade and Olympic records.

KENYA, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
You guys should respect your elders(West African's),
Your ego will still not make you guys rich over West Africa.

If you think you are Giant of East Africa, then its because those Countries there are not any better.
Aside those few high rise buildings you have in East Africa, what again do you people have?

How many East African Countries have 6 descent Stadiums that can host an African Tournament?
How many East African Countries can Host an African Entertainment shows like AMMA, AFRIMA and the likes?
How many people in East Africa enjoy Electricity? ETC?

Even in the worst of Conditions, West African Countries are able to Host anything organised on the Continent.
Nigerian's hosted Under 20 and 17 World Cups. With your High rise buildings were you able to host anything?
The Indians are living big whereas ordinary Kenyan's are living in the Slums.
Poor Countries don't host Tournaments okay?

West Africa have problems but East Africa certainly have nothing above us
Black Africans rule West Africa but Indian's rule East Africa.
You guys should be comparing yourselves with Central African Countries, they are your mates.

DEVELOPED REGIONS IN AFRICA
1--North Africa
2--South Africa
3--West Africa
4--East Africa
5--Central Africa

Respect West Africa.

Really, ideally your list should read like this.

1...NA
2...SA
3...EA
4...WA
5...CA.

That was already done - and Kenya is Africa's giant. Ghana you are probably no 30 in Africa.

Zero gold, Zero silver. Just 3 bronze in 60yrs of participating in Olympics - just how untalented are you?

LOL which Althetics hall of Fame will exclude Kenya. I think you gave us a some list of 100m smiley

Kenya is a WORLD athletic giant. Maybe just two events where we don't feature much - 100ms and 200ms.

The rest from 400m to 42Kms (marathon) we DOMINATE - THE WORLD.

IAAF hall of Fame - has Kenya and Ethiopia - Kipchoge Keino and Abebe Bikila - in Africa.

NO other country

World Athletics says all Kenya efforts in the most important game of theirs is not up to the records that were set by countries like RSA, NGA and GHA.
That is why, for the first 4 pages, Kenya is not listed.

Hobbit that is some obscure ranking - Men's 100m (50m-55m-60m) - in some obscure months. That is scrapping the bottom of the barrel.

You probably don't feature I bet in 100M hall of fame.

There are only two events -100 and 200m - where we are not there - the rest we are in there - in big time.

When you talk about "hungry" - where are you in rugby? boxing? Where kenya beat you blue.

You cannot decide which event is the most important smiley All Olympic events are important human achievement and you have zero gold, zero silver, and only 3 bronze. Don't check kenya stats.

Heck you don't feature in 100m top 100 of all times. At least one or two Nigerians is there.

That list is nothing to go by... In fact no WA country has an answer to Seychelles, Mauritius, reunion, Mayotte all found in EA. They harbor much of French Africa, the poverty & open defication capital of the world, pretty much most of the stowaway, drowning Mediterranean slaves, prostitutes & immigrants.
