My dear, I went through your previous posts and I'd be sincere with you.
Has your husband repeated an SFA after the last one of 13M? If he doesn't have a count of a minimum of 20M with good mortility and at least 50% active then he might not be able to impregnate you.
If your HSG was good (bilateral tubal potency) and the hormonal profile result I saw (although there isn't a range but it doesn't seem bad) then all you need is pregnacare conception while your husband needs manix+vit E to increase his sperm count. Unless you are above 35 then I'd recommend myo-inositol or ovaboost
Thank you so much for this, may God grant you your heart desires

Normally during IUI, a trigger shot is given which in itself is hcg. The effect lasts till after few days which is why hospitals will tell you not to test till at least 10dpo. The essence of the progesterone is to increase the hcg in the system and if pregnancy occurs the level keeps rising to be detected in urine and blood. But if no pregnancy, it can’t go high enough to be detected and you’ll be advised to discontinue to enable af return as in some cases it doesn’t return if you’re still on progesterone. Though she said it was just this last one she supplemented so I believe there might be issue of implementation or sustenance and the IVF they’re suggesting might not offer her much. So it’s better she see another good fertility specialist that will run a thorough check for issues on chemical pregnancy. Or better still stop all drugs and give her body few months for recovery
I didn't know it was from an IUI cycle

Good morning all, i just started following this thread, and i have been reading for a while now. Pls i have been ttc for four months now, went for a scan there was nothing. I met with gynae who gave me a stimulant injection, then i also took clomid. But still AF. My fiance suggested herbal ,we both went and the Ijaw woman told me that my womb is down and that is why whenever my fiance makes love to me, the sperm pours out. She said i will have to raise it up, i accepted. But after a while I started having serious lower back pain. Feeling pains on my lower abdomen. I have been so scared and don't know what to do
Good morning,I just saw this from your post does it mean that if sperm pours out after sex it means the womb is down?after the settings do u still experience it?

Good morning,
I just want to encourage those who are on this path and I hope God attend to your cases speedily.
I am not TTC but I have a story to share.
Got married and we missed the first month because we both although in our 30s were novice and knew not how to go about it. When we finally did, it was past her ovulation but we were lucky the following month.
Due to my age and my many acts of masturbation, I had to lie to the doctor to get a note to do SFA because I couldn't just go to the lab and tell stories that might be busted.
I never bothered about the result until 3months to my wedding and the report on morphology wasn't a good one. I had just 2% of normal shaped sperm cells and when I told my wife, all she said was "whose report do you believe"? I felt she said that because we had agreed on IVF in the worst and truthfully, as at then, i was only trying to be sure she isn't just too religious and might turn down assisted reproduction if need be.
We have done the heartbeat test for the baby which has been confirmed and that is why i have the boldness to share this.
WIDD:
I wrote to profile I saw advertising some sex stuff and he encouraged I tried his herbal medication. I did use it before the wedding. I also came across a Dr. Olubusola who is into homeopathic medicine on rant ng on Facebook. I spoke to her and bought the medications she suggested. I almost finished them but got tired at some point.
On the other hand too, I spoke to ny Urologist friend and he asked what the doctor recommended. My doctor recommended Vitamins B and D supplements and he (my friend) added Vitamin E and Mannix to improve Sperm quality.
Overall, I am grateful and would encourage us all to be open to medical advices that one could trust.
I am attaching a copy of my SFA to encourage all that there is always hope.

Is the count 212 or 21.2? If the former, then that's fantastic. Your count/mortility and morphology are good to go. But this was from last year and new sperm is produced every 3 months. So maintain or improve on your healthy living and your swimmers will remain ok

Its even #3500 at Fanics, (Lagos)Igando here.
And the Lab is a highly rated one, as it's one of the Laboratories Alimosho general hosptl refers dr patients to for tests they don't conduct @ dr own Lab.

Fibroids of 2cm size present.
Scan was done on CD8 and the right ovary was already 27mm... there's a very high possibility ovulation occurred.
The HSG results will give a clearer picture of the effects of the fibroids.

Congratulations. Wish you a healthy and happy pregnancy.
Results are usually faster when both parties are involved in the process. What we find happen mostly is all blame being heaped on the woman and ego and whatever keeps the man from even doing a simple SFA.

That is from an ignorant man. In recent times, infertility situation is being linked to over 30% of men. I think it is an ego thing and we all just need to walk/work together as a team to find solutions. I forgot to add, my wife was on Folic Acid, Vitamin B6, and Pregnacare Conception supplement (not too sure of the name though but it was a supplement by Pregnacare before conception).

On a side, does anyone know what we could do to reduce her headache post first trimester? I was thinking they claim second trimester is easier and although the general weakness have reduced, it seem it was swapped for headaches. Her blood count is normal, her BP is very normal always ranging around 105-110/74-76. The O&G Dr. suggested Tylenol which we have been using (in our case, the Emzor Paracetamol we brought from Nigeria) but we need something to help reduce it drastically. We were also told she should eat in piece meals like 6 times which we do but it isn't yielding enough results. The doctor gave us a prescription the last time which contained Tylenol, Bipiturate (not sure I got this right), and caffeine but we stopped after the first day because we read that it is ok in pregnancy if only the benefits outweighs the risk which seems to be of concern to us.

@thejourney200

How's her fluid intake? She might need to take more fluids as it 'might' be the cause of the headache.
The 2nd trimester is generally unproblematic but not always. Each woman has different ailments both minor and major they go through all through pregnancy while some others breeze through without issues.

She takes over 2litres of water daily. We will keep pushing through and trust God to help us.

Is the count 212 or 2.2? If 212, then it is a fantastic result. But the result is outdated, you need to do a another.

That’s over a week. You may check for infection or run a scan to know what is going on
