They have several launches between June 11 -25th which should see the announcements of the Mi Band 5 and the Redmi 9.

If you want to get a smartphone from another OEM, that's not a problem. No one is coercing you to buy it since you have been patient enough to wait all these while. You can check out other offerings from the Redmi Note 8 Pro or check out Realme or other brands that over similar or more value for money.

Disconnect the charger and try after sometime or try another charging source

Stop draining your batteries. Keep it above 20% as much as possible.

Hope you're not trying to charge with powerbank. Use the original charger. If its showing that then it's probably charging but yet to come up.

Mail Xiaomi and tell them about the issue you're having, be sure to mention you're going to switch to Samsung if it's not sorted ASAP, also if it's possible just go to any phone store that sells Samsung phones and have someone take a picture of you admiring one and attach to the mail too. Make it look believable that you're actually going to switch so they know you're serious, sparkles in your eyes and all.

They'll send one of their repair jets to your location before the end of the day to get it fixed.

The same thing happened to me some time ago use an original usb cable preferably the follow come cable and a fast charger head plug it for ten minutes the phone will begin charging
