Eizzy003: My respect for this guy has skyrocketed. Someone before said they arent qualified for EPL. Asif the World is a balanced society. I recall Siasia on the Everton radar that year. He didn't get the job. Its evil. Very evil. Wetin Lampard sabi wey Siasia never know abeg. Asslickers FC about to cime about. Even Solsjkaer is clueless most times. Siasia can do better than him with such players at his disposal. But as usual, this will be called an overhype. Isokay. 6 Likes |

FIFA player ratings explained: How are the card number & stats decided? EA Sports employs a team of 25 EA Producers and 400 outside data contributors, who are led by Head of Data Collection & Licensing Michael Mueller-Moehring. This team is responsible for ensuring all player data is up to date, while a community of over 6,000 FIFA Data Reviewers or Talent Scouts from all over the world are constantly providing suggestions and alterations to the database. It is a complicated process but its vast scope ensures that the information in the game itself is as accurate as possible, down to the weak-foot strength of lower league players and teenage reserves from minor leagues. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.goal.com/en/amp/news/fifa-player-ratings-explained-how-are-the-card-number-stats/1hszd2fgr7wgf1n2b2yjdpgynu Just decided to clarify an assumption that FIFA ratings are just game figures. TheSuperNerd brought out ratings from FIFA and some did not find it quality information. I just want to use this opportunity to point out the high credibility of the FIFA ratings and I believe it is a good go to source for information on players attributes and qualities. 3 Likes 1 Share |

TheGoodJoe: This bolded explains a lot "If Messi were playing in the Irish league, his attributes would drop simply because he's not on the highest level anymore," Mueller-Moehring told ESPN. "We want to base our ratings on actual performance data. When it comes to physical attributes, though, no such guidelines exist. There are fast and strong players in every professional league in the world." |

Okoli Osita is NOT Osimhen's agent. I clarified this in this same story I shared a few pages ago. He is his manager. And yes, this shows that whatever I got from my "inner sources" were legit but nothing official has been signed. The final decision rests with Osimhen. No decision has been made yet (or will be made yet) until his dad is buried. TheLoneCitizen: 2 Likes |

Edopesin: The truth is that top clubs will always search for high quality players and lots of those with exceptional attributes will eventually find its way up there. Just like every other statistical data, there is always room for inaccuracies. That does not in anyway damage the credibility. Ndidi was high grade at Belgium but his ratings soared higher when he moved to England. Whether FIFA or other sources, the dynamics does not change. What matters is the degree of credibility. |

You're welcome but I'm afraid I had to go to the main site of CIES myself and found out the guys that reported the Africans in the Top 100 highest valued players in the CIES list missed out on a few details like Partey and Sarr. So my dear namesake... Below is the actual and truest updated list of Highest valued African footballers in the CIES Football Observatory Top 100 players with highest transfer values across the Top 5 leagues. Note: Value is in Euros, €. 1. Mohammed Salah (Egypt/Liverpool), FW - €144.9 million 2. Sadio Mane (Senegal/Liverpool), FW - €139.2 million. 3. Achraf Hakimi (Morocco/Dortmund), DF - €79.0 million. 4. Nicolas Pepe (CIV/Arsenal), FW - €73.1 million 5. Victor Osimhen (Nigeria/Lille), FW - €64.3 million 6. Ismaila Sarr (Senegal/Watford), FW - €62.0 million 7. Wilfred Ndidi (Nigeria/Leicester), MF - €49.5 million 8. Thomas Partey (Ghana/Atletico M.), MF - €48.5 million So from the above list we can see that only 8 African internationals made the list of top 100. And we see that Ndidi is Africa's highest valued midfielder in transfer market terms according to CIES. daveP: 2 Likes 1 Share |

Scouting report on Frank Onyeka: Midfielder based in the Danish Super liga Player Profile Nationality: Nigerian Age: 22 Date of birth: 01/01/1998 Current Club: FC Midtjylland Career: FC Midtjylland Position: Central midfield Preferred foot: Right Report Onyeka impressed in midfield, performing his defensive duties well and covering a lot of distance with his impressive work rate. He is a combative defensive-minded player, standing at 6’0 with good strength and ground speed that allows him to engage and dispossess opponents quickly. He engaged high up the pitch and made it difficult for Horsens to play through the middle when cutting passing lanes and pressing aggressively. He was committed to challenges and timed his slide tackles very well, able to use his long legs to recover the ball and prevent attacks from developing. His defensive discipline was important in allowing the attacking players to get forward and he was very effective in protecting the back four. He kept things simple in possession with short accurate progressive passes but was impressive when using his speed to drive the team forward into more advanced areas and offloading to the more creative players in the team. He reads the game well and had good body position so he wasn’t caught flat-footed, he was constantly on the move and scanning the pitch to track runners. Rating: A1 Onyeka looked like a strong player at this level and has the physical attributes and defensive skills to be a solid defensive midfielder at a higher level. Remember Hilary Gong? The young lad formerly at AS Trencin in Slovakia but moved to Dutch Eredivisie side, Vitesse Arnhem in the summer of 2018. He was injured for most of the 19/20 season but he is back to intense training again. Another interesting winger who could light Holland up if he stays fit. 1 Like |

The Champions League and Europa League are set for dramatic finishes like never before, with UEFA plotting a World Cup style tournament to complete the 2019-20 campaign. Lisbon, Frankfurt and Moscow are in the running to host the competitions, which will see one-legged quarter-finals and semi-finals help decide the victors. The World Cup style will see matches completed over a two-week period |
