Spaghetti was the first meal, followed by the meat and potato, which was the second

Minus that coffee I am game here... coffee reminds me of a serious migraine I experienced way back.

It's tea, not coffee.
You probably had to much of coffee back then and it depleted your iron, that was why you had the migraine.
Your lips were probably dry too

Attaching that peak sachet, does it guarantee a call for contract or is it Just brand influencing? Because I see some chefs do a similar presentation on Insta.

As I enjoy taking those photos, someone suggested to me "why not make it worthwhile by using it to promote a brand", and so I did.
So, if I get a message from them, it'll be a plus for me.

Have you ever tried cinnamon?

I love cinnamon but I have never added it to chin chin. I don't think I will make chin chin soon. I still feel like I don't want to eat it ever again.

I would say I'm about 85% vegetarian.
It is easy for me because I don't eat soup, so most of my meals are easily plant-based.
Except for eggs, milk, chicken and occasional meat (when I eat suya) which I'm not crazy about.

I am similar but I could never go vegan. This is too radical for me. However, I only get eggs from free range chickens.

Also my reason why I tend to buy goat/lamb more often than beef. Those small scale farmers are often better than the Walmart’s and co. Costco has expensive beef that I’ve tried and to me it’s the same taste as the big store ones even though they claim all the ethical practices and high grade meat. The beef here can be quite tasteless in general . I’ve never seen any small scale beef farmers or I’d try theirs to see if there’s a difference.

True, meat should be a luxury. Tell that to Americans though
Their meat is the main dish while the rice, beans etc is the side dish.

Whereas it’s flipped the other way in Nigeria. The main meal is the meal and the meat is a treat. That’s what I’m used to. And they frown at you for eating the tripe, skin, liver etc. weirdos

This is what happens when meat is too cheap and people don't care where the animals come from.

Ooh!! the dark brown color made me think it's coffee.

Yes, you are right. I had enough back then, I was feeling like a civil servant.. every morning then before work. Until one evening, came this severe headache that lasted for days. I just pack the whole coffee cans, go give my parley weh like am. I can't come and kee myself on top bitter something...
