As a rule - when you see a render in kenya - it's not an aspiration - the final product will look like that. That is how good our construction industry is - and there many people buying stuff off-plan. I am currently paying for two houses off-plan - one in vipingo and one in tatu city - because I am sure the final product will look like in Brochure.

Try that in Nigeria - and what they deliver is something else.

Nairobi - start with Skyscrapers - those approved and under-development - would put Nairobi just few notches behind Johannesburg+Sandton and Cairo.

When you're done with office spaces - then next go to retail space - and see the kind of malls Nairobi boast of.

When you're done with that look at Nairobi residential spaces - and see world class housing you cannot find anywhere in Africa outside South Africa - not one or two nice houes - but I am talking like 80% of Nairobi Land mass.

Look at Nairobi infrastructure - kind of roads - and etc. etc.
